On 8/19/2025 my wife took our granddaughters in to this store. The person working a young male was rude and very disrespectful. Didn't want to answer questions about menu items. Very surly. We tried calling corporate office to report. On hold for 20 minutes and used phone response for a call back. As of today no call back. I will not stand for my wife or grandkids to be so rudely talked to and disrespected. Hate to be him and suffer the consequences. N Do not give this Baskin robbins your business.

Me and my family went to this Baskin-Robbins at a 3 on a wensday. The staff had a terrible attitude towards me and my mother and gave us any push back on questions we had. I had asked if it was possible for me to get a cup with two scoops and two toppings and be charged for the scoops and toppings and was told yes. I later was rung up for a Sunday and what i was worried about I was charged for the Sunday. my sister got a mango nada that was 50% Chamoy and completely undrinkable. i’d ask them about their buckets of donuts and the man at the counter was very dismissive and rude. 0-5 will never be going back to this location.

Not cozy at all but service is fantastic and ice cream and coffee flavors are always being created anew. They have a quite steady business.
Why is cash not acceptable??? Hackers are getting into everyone credit and debit cards I check our debit machines at work everyday to protect our customers but not every place does that not to mention why are we refusing cash???? Hire security and fight against the robbers but stop making things more difficult for honest people who have cash. 2 different locations not accepting cash so frustrating !!!!!!!

Went today to get a ice cream and on the door it says running low on ice cream. I thought maybe a few popular flavors may be gone ok fine. Went inside to find low fat vanilla, lemon sherbert and some other flavor that looked rock solid yellow . So disappointed in this Baskin Robbins I've had various bad experiences with this place not having no variety in the past but 3 flavors seriously. Your better off shutting this location down on top of that there was no worker in sight for at least 10 min . SMH if you want ice cream do not go to this location

I came today and was disappointed to see that it closed early with no explanation. The worker said they close at 9 when it clearly says 10 online. It’s frustrating because then I don’t trust the times online and don’t want to go back.
