Why is cash not acceptable??? Hackers are getting into everyone credit and debit cards I check our debit machines at work everyday to protect our customers but not every place does that not to mention why are we refusing cash???? Hire security and fight against the robbers but stop making things more difficult for honest people who have cash. 2 different locations not accepting cash so frustrating !!!!!!!

Went today to get a ice cream and on the door it says running low on ice cream. I thought maybe a few popular flavors may be gone ok fine. Went inside to find low fat vanilla, lemon sherbert and some other flavor that looked rock solid yellow . So disappointed in this Baskin Robbins I've had various bad experiences with this place not having no variety in the past but 3 flavors seriously. Your better off shutting this location down on top of that there was no worker in sight for at least 10 min . SMH if you want ice cream do not go to this location

I was there at 9 a.m on 4/20/24. The store was busy and the young lady running the register was poised, fast and friendly. She was impressive.

I came today and was disappointed to see that it closed early with no explanation. The worker said they close at 9 when it clearly says 10 online. It’s frustrating because then I don’t trust the times online and don’t want to go back.

Horrible service. They’ve got these young teenagers working here that have zero customer service skills. They can barely find it in themselves to talk to you let alone scoop ice cream. It’s pathetic.Came back here only because my mom loves ice cream. Well they have the bathroom closed off and they won’t let you use it. Supposedly this is because of people coming in off the streets using it and making a mess. Well that’s messed up. Everybody else has a locked door with a keypad so you have to have the code to use it. So now, if you need to go, forget it. You’re out of luck. Smh

We liked it! Though it was almost closing time, and we had no clue what to take, the attender patiently asked if we wanted to taste and handed over all the scoops in a spoon. Will not forget that kindness. We got pumpin and vanilla-based icecream. Its really good. Appreciate it!

I bought a prepackaged quart of strawberry ice cream did not realize until my wife told me that they will hand package a quart of any flavor for you in their other freezer I thought you can just order cones and stuff service was awesome coffee excellent would go back
