For years now this location has always been out of donuts and a lot of flavors of ice cream. Today they were out of Rocky Road so I ordered Mint Chocolate Chip which was out as well. I ended up with Chocolate Chip which hardly had any chocolate in it!!!!!
I have tried for a few years now to keep giving this location a try since the drive thru is convenient with 3 young kids. I am sad to say that I will NOT be back to this location. Waste of money!!!

These Baskin-Robbins (BR) employees at this location have zero customer service skills. Don’t hold your breath expecting to be greeted by a BR employee, you will just end up indisposed. They will never say “Welcome to Baskin-Robbins! “How may we help you?” “Good Morning” “Good Afternoon” “Good Evening” “Hello” “Hi” … therefore, don’t expect a “Thank you” “Enjoy your ice cream” or “Have a nice day” because they made a choice not to greet you so don’t expect the latter. The only acknowledgment you will get is a cold hard stare. Even then they still have the nerve to solicit for tips via tip jar next to the POS and again on the POS smh!
If you don’t like your job, then work somewhere else! This also reflects on the owner and manager. When was the last time they looked at their P&L statements? Judging by our most recent unpleasant experience and all the poor google reviews at this location, I’m certain that those statements show negative revenue.
These BR employees do not wear a mask, hairnet, or gloves! So you mean to tell me that the same person that handles your credit card and cash for payment, also puts their filthy dirty hands on your ice cream. Again, no mask, hairnet, or gloves! It’s common sense that handling money while managing your food without gloves is unhygienic!
This place has the worst service! Please do yourself a favor, and take your patronage elsewhere. Also, their RR needs a deep clean. They weren't gross, but they are malodorous.

BR’s on here says open until 9pm. We went and the palace was locked up. Went to the drive thru and only thing open was Dunkin’ Donuts and only coffee. Their info needs to say 8pm.

*Update* it's amazing how when you don't use drive thru and go inside they have the flavor you ask for. Except no signs or the sign for the flavor is wrong. Some kid a guy needs training on scooping ice cream 🤨, we had to ask the girl to rescoop our cups, bc he half assed it. Still 1 star, do better Baskin Robbins. Zero stars is not an option. Here's your one star. Customer service sucks. 31 flavors my ass, and they still manage to give you the wrong flavor, after 3 different requests are out. Shut this place down or get actual good workers & keep up with inventory on the menu.

I never post 1-star reviews, but this one was earned. After checking online, I saw that this location had lemon custard, one of my favorites. I stopped in to get a quart packaged.
One of the cases was empty - getting replaced? - and none of those flavors was available, called the guy across the room. Ok, well, they still had the lemon custard. I asked if there was enough for a quart and he said no. I then asked if there was more. Again, no. Was there enough for a pint?
"I don't sell pints at this location and even if I did, there's not enough."
Ok, this was a wasted trip. I got a scoop to go. Worst lemon custard I'd ever had: grainy, gooey, icy. Everything you don't want in an ice cream. This location isn't worth the stop. I won't be going back until/unless both the service and the product improve.

I have been coming here forever. The service now is terrible. Seem like they are always out of stuff. I tried to order on the app to see if that would help, but nope. I'm going to have to stop coming to this location. Would not recommend

Went in for pralines and cream. The tub was empty, many others were. Lights were not on.. it's 2:30 in the afternoon! The young lady who assist me just shrugged her shoulders. I went ahead and ordered something else.. not a great experience. There were plenty of doughnuts though.
Did not spend anything. Staff totally untrained could not pack a pint or quart container told us to buy one of the pre done which were not in desired flavor. This location should close.

Checked on Google how late they were open. It says 10 pm mind you I come at 8:30 pm and they look closed ... I try to get down but nope closed.. this is not the first time this has happened... Maybe change the hours on Google website.. very inconvenient for people. Or maybe get people who want to work. Rant over.
