Went into store at 8:15 pm on Sunday night. Nathan the young man behind the counter, the employee, was serving a guest gentleman and a young boy. I noticed him raise his voice at the gentleman then proceed to slam the case covers of the ice cream after handing man his cone rudely. Very poor customer service and made both myself and my elderly mother very uncomfortable. Slamming again of the cases asking rudely if we were ready to order. We placed our order and paid. As I was retrieving my phone and keys from table after aggressively being told that the lobby was closed I asked for the young man's manager. The manager, a woman repeated " lobby is closed at 830." I asked again what that had to do with the reason this young employee was being disrespectful to your customers. Making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe with his aggressive behavior. She was silent and proved to ignore me and help people at the window. The customers behind us were all wide eyed. We are going to take our business elsewhere and word of mouth is powerful in this community. Hope you can hire respectful, customer serviced based employees in the future. Maybe if scooping ice cream is too much, not the job for you, Nathan.

The ice cream is half melted in the coolers. The staff was troubled by having to serve. Too bad, this used to be a great location. Go to the Menaul store. Worth the trip.

Lighting is awful in the drive thru! The speaker doesn't work! I was here 5 months ago and it didn't work then. And bless their hearts AND THEY DON'T ACCEPT CASH and you DON'T FIND THAT BS... TILL YOU'RE AT WINDOW WHERE YOU HAVE TO ORDER FROM... bcs the speaker is broken!!... no worries not coming back!! And they say support "local"

Everything a Baskin Robins should be! I don't know how the one-star reviews even happened. I've gone to plenty of ice cream shops with rude teens hating their part-time jobs. This is not the case here. The employees were all super sweet, fast, and professional.

Male at the drive through window was not wearing gloves & handed us our ice cream cone with his bare hands all over the top of our cone. His fingernails were visible dirty. I called the manager (jazz) who claimed to be the Manager & was told that staff is NOT required to wear gloves . How unsanitary when the individual just took our payment & handled several other transactions with the same hand that was all over my cone . Go the the Rio Grande location where they practice Sanitary methods
