I’m really disappointed with this location. The inside has been closed for years, and they only accept card payments. The drive-thru speaker is broken, and the sign on the door says to knock on the window or call for service. I did both, and no one came to assist me. It raises the question of why this location is still operating under the franchise name. Save your time and money—avoid this place!

This location was awesome! Came in for my birthday scoop and my husbands bday was the 11th so he also got a birthday scoop, David helped us with no hassle him and his coworker whom I didn't catch her name but they were really kind to not only us but the other customers as well. Definitely recommend stopping in for your ice cream or any other sweet treats 🥳🎃✨✨✨

Went inside there were 2 workers stood there for like 10 minutes and not once did any of them came to help. I would’ve understood if they were busy but no customers inside but us and both of them were working the drive thru. Then they laughed as we were walking out. Get new employees with better customer service.

She came inside to finally help but no greeting just a “ we don’t accept cash” which was posted on about 5 different signs.

Stood in line 25 min waiting g for scoop of ice cream . Not enough people working there . To the owners there's a high mark up hire people i highly doubt ur paying teens good money. So at least provide good service.

Visited this location tonight after being turned away from a different ice cream shop by rude staff. Immediately when we walked in it was such a better environment. We were greeted by staff immediately, they were polite, eager to work, and provided a good product.

The ice cream is always good. But the milkshakes are inconsistent on being filled. Getting a large with the amount of a medium is quite disappointing when you spend 20$ for milkshakes.
