We were told that they were making them, and after our order was taken we weren't given a receipt, weren't told how long we had to wait, nothing. After an hour, we asked how long it would take for them to have it out where they finally informed us it'd be ready in 24 hours and to just come back the next day.We wouldn't have waited an hour if they'd told us that from the beginning but ok

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've never been treated like garbage like I was here! I literally go to Baskin Robin's every single day for a banana Royale and pay with cash no problem. Today I go in make my order then after it's made and I go to pay I'm then told we're only taking card! I apologized and said you guys see me in here everyday ordering the exact same thing and know I pay cash and wait to tell me you're only accepting card now? Remind you this is AFTER I received my order. I asked why I wasn't informed of this new policy before I ordered and they just shrugged their shoulders and said we forgot so... Is this the new customer service these days? No I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or sorry for the missed communication just a smirk and shoulder shrug like oh well! You shouldn't be in the customer service profession if you don't know how to handle situations like this. BTW I always tip as well as a thank you, but today forward I'll never return to that location! Save your time and money and go where you'll actually be considered as an appreciated customer not an inconvenience

The worst, I was in line waiting for 30 minutes. There were two cars in front of me who left because no one came to the window to take orders even though they told us to pull up to the window when we were ready. Now I’m at the window and there are 5 vehicles behind me and no one is at the window still.

$32 just to make our own floats??? And what’s worse is we only used one soda for 2 “Large” floats and 2 “medium floats not to mention the attitude from the guy at the drive through window. I wish I had just asked for a refund instead of taking the order.

Ridiculous! The lobby is closed on a Sunday at 12:30pm. You have to go through the drive thru. There was one person in front of us and we waited and waited. I have a birthday party to get to and a cake to deliver. Needless to say, we gave up and went to Walmart! Ugh! Would not recommend!

I ordered through their drive through, ordered one of the polar pizzas and I had a scan barcode for a free scoop of ice cream. The polar pizzas are almost $30 and they are not worth it, they’re so thin and just smaller than they looked in their advertisements-definitely not worth the money they’re charging for those..and the rude cashier said the barcode for my free scoop wouldn’t scan. Didn’t offer any solution, literally just said it won’t scan and stood there until I said I’ll just buy the scoop. Got that free scoop on their app, one of the main reasons I decided to go there so that was frustrating, and their scoops are like $5 now, once again, definitely not worth it for how much ice cream you get. I love baskin Robbin’s but I won’t spend any more money there after that; the price, quality of food, and customer service sucked. I would recommend just going too ‘I scream for ice cream’ which is an ice cream place on Carlisle and Indian school, waaay better service and you get a lot of ice cream, and tons of toppings, for way less money!

Coming here day and night are completely different. Today the employee with the braces and the look of misery on her face (mid to late 20s) didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stood around waiting for her to finish the dishes or whatever she was doing she made eye contact then continued to ignore us. After a few minutes we had to let her know we were ready. If you come here at night they’re polite and nice so I would say instead go to different location if this is during the day for sure because the employee with her didn’t seem any better.

This is a small baskin robin on San Mateo Blvd. the drive through is very narrow and us usually waiting time is higher than going inside.:9 much selections and different flavors of ice creams. They have non dairy options and sugar free ice cream. The staff is respectful and for part friendly. Most of the staff are young employees that still need to learn that customerService is vital for the business.
