The service here was good. Probably the only good thing about this place. The problem with this location is its cleanliness and the poor condition the shop is compared to other locations. Poor lighting and Broken/missing tiles make the place look uninviting. It’s like the owner doesn’t care about the place! The ice cream didn’t taste very fresh either.

Won’t be around long. Employees give away ice cream to thugs and bathroom has a ton of graffiti. Following Walgreens

Ask for two pints of baseball nut, I got a smaller container and then an even smaller container. Definitely not two qts..when I questioned him he seemed utterly clueless? So I took it anyway, do not remember if the charging was right because I was still mystified by his behavior. Hmm. I did not get a receipt and cannot remember what I paid but it all went wrong!! Very disappointed!

Place was busy tonight. Issue was that I ordered a waffle cone and a cappuccino blast, rather than get to making my drink the 2 employees decided to make little mini cappuccino and drink them. This is very unprofessional and i did not get my drink. I am very unsatisfied with this business. I realize nothing will get done because of peoples feelings. But i am feeling upset because i did not get my drink.

I always enjoy an ice cream cone at Baskin-Robbins. Staff members were great this evening.

Parking: Despite the major road construction blocking some of the entrances to the parking lot, one can still access BR from both Menaul and Wyoming.

I ordered a banana split via food dash. The lid on the boat was open chocolate sauces all over the bag dripping with overflow. Small scoops of ice cream. No napkins. Extremely messy and sticky. It was the most disgusting split I’ve ever had. Last time I do BR. Dairy Queen from now on. You guys sucked ******

My daughter and I walked in and 2 gals were talking about a boy looking at texts on their cell phones didn't greet us at all. We walked up in front of them and just stared at themwhile they continued to ignore us. Another girl came up and I asked her for 2 samples of game night she then said do you want a sample? I said yes she disappeared and one of the girls on the phone got it for us. The disgustingly long nails and no gloves and lack of customer service was a huge turn off. I can only imagine how many times their nails have gotten in the ice cream. Went in about 8pOn Friday evening 8/25/2023.

We got a unicorn ice cream cake from here for my daughter's 2nd birthday. It looked amazing, tasted delicious, and was a great deal!

Hard to go wrong with ice cream

I have a very welcoming experience in this establishment. The girl in the counter was extremely helpful and caring. My son and I felt welcomed and we will be returning to Thai establishment.
