I always enjoy an ice cream cone at Baskin-Robbins. Staff members were great this evening.Parking: Despite the major road construction blocking some of the entrances to the parking lot, one can still access BR from both Menaul and Wyoming.

I ordered a banana split via food dash. The lid on the boat was open chocolate sauces all over the bag dripping with overflow. Small scoops of ice cream. No napkins. Extremely messy and sticky. It was the most disgusting split I’ve ever had. Last time I do BR. Dairy Queen from now on. You guys sucked ******

I have visited a couple different locations within ABQ and this Menaul location has been my favorite. Compared to other locations, the employees at this Menaul and Wyoming location have always been friendly, helpful, patient with my children when ordering, and thorough with keeping the space neat and clean. They remain composed and attentive to each customer even during the busiest of times. Thank you for making my Baskin Robbin's experience a happy one. I've always enjoyed this ice cream. Keep up the great work!

My daughter and I walked in and 2 gals were talking about a boy looking at texts on their cell phones didn't greet us at all. We walked up in front of them and just stared at themwhile they continued to ignore us. Another girl came up and I asked her for 2 samples of game night she then said do you want a sample? I said yes she disappeared and one of the girls on the phone got it for us. The disgustingly long nails and no gloves and lack of customer service was a huge turn off. I can only imagine how many times their nails have gotten in the ice cream. Went in about 8pOn Friday evening 8/25/2023.

I went to this Baskin Robbins at 8:55 and the young man and young girl worker looked at me so weird like I was doing something wrong, wow, and to top it off I ordered a 3 scoop in a big waffle cone, the guy didn't even have gloves on!!! I thought you had to wear gloves if you’re handling food, that’s gross!! They were in a hurry to close and don’t even care, he touched the cone with bare hands, on top Omg where have his hands been before that? Who knows, no hand washing or anything, I hope the manager trains them better than that, they were both laughing when I walked out, what a way to treat a paying customer!!!
