Kid-friendliness: Bathroom for employees is not very kid friendly. It is also against the law. Those restaurants whom serve food to sit down and eat are required to provide toilets for customers.Jan 2, 2018. I suggest you take the employee only sign down immediately otherwise city officials will be visiting your establishment giving you a warning if you have a compliant attitude. If not they will fine you.

Super slow service I been in the drive thru for about 20 mins. Not to say nobody acknowledged me until 10 mins later. Never coming back to this place. Place avoid and go the basket and Robin's on coors much faster service.

GHETTO! This Baskin Robin's I will not be returning to. It's really dirty and has a terrible smell. I watched the server touch the bannas without gloves while making the banna split. I ask for a rag so I could clean the table and the server told me not to steal it. I cleaned the disgusting table and returned the rag. This place is unsanitary. I should have walked out upon entering but I didn't want to disappoint my daughter.

This is the 2nd time in two weeks that I have gone where they have had something wrong. Last week I went they didn't have like 3 of there ice-cream intake. Today it was scoops only no half pints and no cash. It looked like tgey were trying to close early so they didn't want to work the hours on the door. This isn't the frist time this has happened.
Was very unprofessional to walk into the store to see a boyfriend of an employee behind the counter then to have the female employee making out with her boyfriend before he left with which seemed like a free bowl of ice cream.

The ice cream is great. But I find the staff’s actions unsanitary and gross. They don’t wash their hands or use gloves after handling other peoples money/cards, touching their computer screen, etc. But proceed to touch the base of peoples cones, spoons, among other things used to eat or drink with. One of the male workers even put a scoop cup between his chest to hold it upright, right against his filthy shirt…..
