It is 440 on Friday the 13th, and the young man in the blue shirt was kind and helpful. I swear, soooo many businesses lack employees like him. Very hard to find individuals like this in 2025. This Baskin Robbins cares about their ice cream, you see it in the cleanliness of the store and the respectful employees.

I had a wonderful experience here. The three young people working there were so polite. It was very busy and they were making waffle cones and it smelled amazing. I was very delighted by how professional the employees were. 5 stars.

I stopped by just before closing, feeling sick and probably looking a mess. The young woman was rude, bothered maybe because it was almost closing time, but that’s no excuse. In contrast, the young man working there was incredibly polite, helpful, and nonjudgmental-truly the best customer service I’ve ever had. We need more people like him! Thanks to his kindness, I’ll definitely be back. Give him a raise-he deserves it!

These Baskin-Robbins (BR) employees at this location have zero customer service skills. Don’t hold your breath expecting to be greeted by a BR employee, you will just end up indisposed. They will never say “Welcome to Baskin-Robbins! “How may we help you?” “Good Morning” “Good Afternoon” “Good Evening” “Hello” “Hi” … therefore, don’t expect a “Thank you” “Enjoy your ice cream” or “Have a nice day” because they made a choice not to greet you so don’t expect the latter. The only acknowledgment you will get is a cold hard stare. Even then they still have the nerve to solicit for tips via tip jar next to the POS and again on the POS smh!
If you don’t like your job, then work somewhere else! This also reflects on the owner and manager. When was the last time they looked at their P&L statements? Judging by our most recent unpleasant experience and all the poor google reviews at this location, I’m certain that those statements show negative revenue.
These BR employees do not wear a mask, hairnet, or gloves. So you mean to tell me that the same person that handles your credit card and cash for payment, also puts their filthy dirty hands on your ice cream. Again, no mask, hairnet, or gloves! It’s common sense that handling money while managing your food without gloves is unhygienic!
This place has the worst service! Please do yourself a favor, and take your patronage elsewhere. Also, their RR needs a deep clean. They weren't gross, but they are malodorous.

Kid-friendliness: Bathroom for employees is not very kid friendly. It is also against the law. Those restaurants whom serve food to sit down and eat are required to provide toilets for customers.Jan 2, 2018. I suggest you take the employee only sign down immediately otherwise city officials will be visiting your establishment giving you a warning if you have a compliant attitude. If not they will fine you.
Super slow service I been in the drive thru for about 20 mins. Not to say nobody acknowledged me until 10 mins later. Never coming back to this place. Place avoid and go the basket and Robin's on coors much faster service.
