We were there this afternoon, and we left very disappointed this time. The girl who served us did it in a bad way, she was angry, she was rushing us to order, when there was no one else in the place waiting to order. The ice cream she served us was a size smaller than normal. Very bad service this time!!

Should update the hours so people don’t waste their time. Just drove over here all for the employee to say they closed at 9:00pm. vs what the listing here says 9:30pm.

Very unsanitary. Don’t wear gloves nor do they wash their hands when serving your ice cream & handling cones. Disgusting.

I came in while the employees were helping another customer. The employee disappeared to the back. My husband & I waited more than 5 minutes until I walked to the side and saw the employee on his phone in the corner. I waited patiently thinking maybe he was on break. To our surprise, another customer comes in and two employees rush to the counter. Horrible service, bathrooms were locked. Please talk to your employees...

The girl from the night shift was super rude and my order was awful!

The wild and reckless ice cream was not for me but the pralines and cream was delicious. Staff wasn't friendly at all.

Went in there with my son we bought a cake and wanted a cone. The girl was so rude and gave us an attitude It took them 15 minutes for them to help us. When they all were just standing around. The little girls had the worst attitide then slammed my Ice cream down on the counter and slid it at me. Didnt wear gloves . I dont appreciate Being treated this way. Why have a job and work there If you're going to have such a terrible attitude.? I encourage people not to go to this location.

I visit this location once every few weeks and the customer service is pretty good. Even if it’s busy, the teens working do their best to help everyone as quickly as possible

We bought three bananas splits but they put the ice cream they pretty much picked And two milk shakes but were to weak not made like a milk shake thank you Liz and so today is Friday and I called the Baskin Robins back to explain and a guy answered the phone its6:45 pm Friday and he told me he couldn’t help me but he encourages me to go on site and write a bad review and told me his female manager will receive it and just tell them about it so he was sorry and that he was a shift lead not help what so ever !!!!!!!!

I love this place. They were out of Pistachio almond and mom's makin' cookies but still managed to try something else

If they had 0 stars I would have chose 0. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The young girls bad attitude, sarcasm, and the rolling of her eyes was not called for. They should really pay attention on who they hire. We ended leaving because of how bad the customer service was. Nobody should have to experience awful customer service and feel uncomfortable. This was around 8:43 pm 4/16/23. This place needs better staff.

Came is on Saturday February 25/23 at around 2:45The two females working here were terrible between the huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes my family and I felt so uncomfortable in less than a 5 minute visit. Got a 32oz thing of ice cream and the girl didn’t take the time to fill it all the way or pack it right like the rest of the other locations I’ve been too. I got basically half the container filled after I myself barely had to press it down. Completely disappointing from the service to the product. Ice cream shops should be filled with happy faces and good times. Thank you for ruining our family outing with your bad attitudes didn’t even feel comfortable enough to sit down and eat our ice cream like usual
