We have sampled the vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes. The vegan curry was a little on the bland side while the vegetarian lasagna and the chicken dish were delicious. The portions are on the large size. All of the soups were very flavorful. The staff is very helpful explaining the options including some day old refrigerated options.

The grab and go is kind of a strange concept, and it doesn’t hit. Pre-prepared food made it hard to find something I both wanted to eat and fit my dietary restrictions. Seems like too much food is prepared, as they are always selling day old food at a markdown (but it’s still really pricey? and not that good). I wanted to like it here but it doesn’t do it for me.

Amazing restaurant with wonderful options for vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers. Really there is something for everyone in this friendly, clean and homey place. I took my order to go but there is outside seating if you want to eat there.
This place is refreshing in food options and very nice staff.

I bought the potato leeks today for the first time. I like the texture, but just needs some flavor. They are very bland.
I ate the pesto pasta today at the growers market, and it was one of the best pastas I’d ever had. The workers were SO sweet and helpful which also added to my amazing experience. I’m thrilled to see they have an actual physical location here in Albuquerque and we will DEFINITELY be back to try more!

When you've been looking for a place that is quick and not fast-food but made with local, organic, and high-quality flavorful ingredients, this is it. Catering to vegan, vegetarian, and meat lovers, anyone can find something to eat here. They offee pre made, grab and go cold meals that are delicious. The microwave is there if you need to heat before you go and some dishes require no heat. I'll be back to try a salad they looked so fresh! And hot and cold drinks. Highly recommend the strawberry kiwi limeade with sea moss, not too sweet nice and tart. Prices are a little higher than average grocery store grab and go options but way better quality and taste! I tried the bbq sliders. Big and filling! Chicken tenders, also a hit! I brought them home, popped in the oven, and was enough for 2 people! Support local! Give em try. Right off of 4th and Montano. Get there before 4!
Amazing atmosphere, delicious high quality food! The owner is extremely kind and really cares about serving the community quality local ingredients. I’d come here everyday if I could! Customer service is always TOP NOTCH!!! They’re always giving recommendations on products they enjoy themselves. It’s amazing what they’re doing and I’m thankful for all the work they put into this place. See you next week Bedrock, keep rockin! LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY
One of the best restaurants in Albuquerque BY FAR! The quality of the food is amazing, it’s real, whole food! Not some fast food or artificial ingredients. The owner is absolutely lovely, and always welcoming to my fiancé and I (LGBT couple here).
If you haven’t tried Bedrock Kitchen yet, you’re missing out!
STAY AWAY if you're LBGTQIA.Over priced, mediocre food, feel so bad for the staff who have to work here under such unwelcoming, negative and unprofessional ownership.
