Beets Juice Bar and Café

Went to get a juice and I’m on a strict eating regimen so I can’t have certain things. When I asked the owner to take out a couple ingredients or accommodate he was not having it and was very rude about it. I took my business to squeezed and they were very delightful and accommodating to my needs I will be going to squeezed from now on

The owner lacks serious customer service skills. Wasn’t greeted upon walking in and the owner had an attitude. When I received my drink it was like watered down grass way overpriced! Won’t be returning.

I went here with my sister today and we waited in line for about 15 minutes because he was making drinks for a large group of about 6 people. When it got to our turn we tried ordering and the guy working says to us that he can only make one "complex" drink and that we either pick something different or only one of us gets a drink. We ordered off his menu, without any changes to the recipe. They were two blended smoothies. It made no sense. Maybe remove the item of its "too complex." There was also only one person behind us. Spend your money elsewhere.

I wanted to buy 2 smoothies for my wife and I and I knew Beets was local so I intentionally went there to support local businesses. With that being said, I told him which 2 smoothies I wanted and he told me “No, you can have one or the other”. He insisted I choose another from the menu because the smoothies I picked were “difficult and time consuming” but I was the only one in line... I almost walked out but I really thought my wife would like that particular smoothie. I ordered it and he had it out in about 2 minutes. He was rude and I’m pretty sure he’s the owner. I will not be returning and will stop recommending to everyone.

Got done working out at planet fitness saw this shop came in and was treated so rude , I had questions about different protein and he kept telling me not to look around . Didn't amswer my questions amd 7$ for a mediocre shake not knowing what ingredients he really added since he didnt listen at all .. I suggest you avoid this rude mans shop.

The person at the counter refused to answer any questions. I was told to, "Read the english on the menu".As I left without placing an order, this review is for the service not the product after that initial interaction.

The owner was quite rude. Will not return to this business. He must have clientele who keep him in business and he may treat them well. He made clear to me in a condescending statement that he did not need me to tell him what goes into my drink. I was only saying what I saw on his menu. Well that was it for me. Never again do I need someone to talk down to me while I am trying to patronize his business. Just rude.

Large selection of protein drinks, smoothies and juices. Had a protein drink, will definitely go back and try other drinks. Owner was pleasant and accommodating.

Really good fresh juices. Smoothies are overly sweetened.Love this little spot.

I frequent this place. It's NEVER busy. One time there was one customer before me. The staff is not super friendly but the product their shakes and ginger shots are good. I went in today keep in mind, I was just there last week right before the indoor mask mandate, no mask, no problem. Went in today, was wearing a double layer gaitorcovering my entire face, nose, my mouth and ear. The man working said that is not a mask and was going to give me a mask from a box. I told him this is my mask, covers ever. He said I had to wear a different mask. To top it off, when I walked in he was not wearing his mask, he put it on when he got to the counter. I'm guessing they don't need the business.

Used to visit the spot about 3 years ago, wouldn't go back
