To many negative reviews for us to eat here. Thank you for the reviews so we don't spend our money here!! Thank you reviewers!
Came for a birthday dinner with the family. The service was fantastic. Our server Diana was extremely attentive. The food was great. The atmosphere was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous views!

We both had steaks. Very good tender steaks. We had a table by the window so the views were great. Waiter was good just wasn’t around when needed.

First time at Sandia and the manager wouldn’t serve me and kicked me out. I was happy to visit Sandia! But not no more! She was talking with her friends in line who had beers in there back pocket and the manager continued to serve them. They were obviously her friends. Go to Santa Ana never got treatment like this over there! Do better Sandia. I felt discriminated against cause there were other Hispanics she was kicking out. But not her buddies.
The view is spectacular. They offer several unique cocktails and the bartenders are fast and friendly. We had a reservation for 6 guests. We arrived 30 minutes early to enjoy the lounge. We were then seated promptly. It took 30 minutes to get the wine to our table and the server did not know how to open a bottle or serve it. We ordered empanadas for an appetizer and they were delicious. 4 ordered filets ($65) and they were warm at best. Served with red potatoes and mushrooms. The potatoes were undercooked. One ordered the fish with risotto and the fish was great, risotto was crunchy, grossly undercooked and inedible. The bison lollipop was delicious! The server tried to make things right. They're missing the bar for a fine dining experience. It's not worth the $$$.

This was amazing. Not only was the food perfectly made, we got a wonderful waitress, Diana, that made it even better. The Tomahawk steak was probably one of the best that I’ve had and the lobster was simply on point. Diana went over the different wine options and it didn’t disappoint. All I can say is, 5 stars ⭐️ all the way. I definitely recommend this restaurant and Diana for the extraordinary service!

Food was delicious, but our service was sub par. Initialy we stood by the host stand ignored for at least 5 minutes and he finally acknowledged us after having to say exuse me, we have a reservation. Then our server was not attentive at all I had an empty water glass twice and my spouse had an M.I.A. beer. If the restaurant was busy that would have been understandable but it was practically dead. We also were seated in the center of the room with vacant tables by the windows. If you had to request a window view, I wish we had been informed when making our reservation. Definitely will not be returning there to dine. It was a significant disappointment for an anniversary dinner.

We stayed for several days to celebrate our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. I took the time to ask the hostess for a specific table with a great view. She told me that would be available and made reservations. When we arrived our table was occupied, I asked the guy that walked us to the table why wasn’t our table reserved and he had no excuse. I found out later he was the manager. He asked if we would wait and it was 8pm and had. No idea when they would leave so we decided to take another table without the great views.
Ok, no big deal so we ordered wine and of course the bottle I ordered wasn’t available so the waiter upgraded me for the same cost, that was a win. I ordered the wagyu Texas ribeye medium rare and it was over cooked and not wagyu by any means. Tough and overcooked but I figured I’d just eat it. Then I tried the mash potatoes and they were ice cold, sent them back twice and the third time I finally got warm mashed potatoes.
The waiter Bernard was awesome the manager was terrible and the food was horrible. Eat at your own risk.

Learned the band in the west room usually starts at 8 on Saturdays and at 9 is even more for dancing. Music on Fridays too, doublecheck time. On my bucketlist if I return. Saw it would be a great place to watch the sunset too. Maybe the casino can add a living roof of succulents to look at too in the future.
