I totally enjoyed the atmosphere. Very airy and rustic. Its on a working farm. The Mexican Coffee was very disappointing. The Nutella crepe had WAY too much Nutella in it. There was a dog wondering around who pissed on my coat and that of a guy at the next table. Management was notified. She offered to dry clean my coat (which I declined) and said she would put the dog on a leash, which she never did. There was a dog at the table next to us, who was on a leash, but who growled with bare teeth at anyone who walked by. The dogs were a huge issue and made us very uncomfortable.

Bike in coffee is a gem in NM. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and live music. There are a few complaints on this site and poor reviews because of wait times. Honestly I think if you’re in a hurry you should go to a drive through. If you want to go to Bike In, relax and be in the moment. No better place to do that.
That Was The First Time Being There It Was Very Nice.
I Can't Wait To Go There In The Summer Time.

Plenty of outside seating in the bosque. Live music, people riding, walking, and driving in, kind of a town square atmosphere, with people gathering from all parts of town and then resuming their journeys. I look forward to going back.

You’ve got to beat the crowd to enjoy this place. If not, it gets disorganized quick and the workers seem overwhelmed. The food is good, the area is really nice, the service - just ok.
Beautiful spot surrounded by trees and nature. Multiple fountains to relax near and Live Jazz music! Very peaceful place to relax on a weekend morning.

This is a wonderful gem hidden among the trees in the Rio Grande Valley. Definitely a great place to stop and get coffee and breakfast. Burritos were excellent and so were the Nutella crepes!

The cafe is nice and busy. Unfortunately it’s pretty disorganized. Expect long wait times. They forgot about our order and didn’t even start until I asked about it 20 minutes.

Unfortunately it closes at 2:00 pm.
But the atmosphere is worth a second try

Bike In Coffee is one of those places that just feels good. Tucked behind Old Town, it’s got a laid-back vibe with cool art, a vintage truck out front, and plenty of shade to relax. The burrito was legit—crispy tortilla, solid flavor—and the tacos were fresh and creative. Great stop whether you’re riding in or just looking for a peaceful spot to hang out.

I forgot to get pictures of the food. The farm, the flower garden, and the whole atmosphere is wonderful and so relaxing. Especially the music in the background. My husband and I, were really not impressed with the food so much. I heard other people bragging about what they got. The posole and other dishes. We did not like the flavorings or seasoning in the burritos. However, some of the family did. Everybody's taste buds are different. We will definitely go back for the fun time that we had with the wonderful atmosphere. We will go back anytime.
