Stay away from this food truck.Ordered the Carne Assad nacho Supreme.Looked amazing and was excited to try it. Started eating, and the meat seemed to be a mix of hamburger and sausage. Very chewy, and filled with cartilage. Picked off the meat and continued to eat the rest. Automatic stomach cramps, and heart burn. Shortly after got sick to my. Once I returned home from the event, I sat for a minute., I then had to run to the rest room, and vomited all over. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

We had the vegan Philly Cheese steak hoagie and shaved brussel salad with cranberries. It was quite excellent. If we didn't know it was vegan, we would have thought it was real meat. Delicious!

Met Suzanne by phone after brunching on their incredible green chili biscuits & gravy. The mini-biscuits warmed up easily in our convection oven, while the unique gravy took a few seconds in the microwave. I have to admit I have never been a fan of the traditional diner biscuits and gravy that looks like a bowl of milk with meat floating around in it. This looked more like a brown gravy you might expect on mashed potatoes. Of course, the green chilis give it that distinctive New Mexican flavor. We learned that you can order a day in advance and go to their Fourth Street store and grab and go. We will be frequent visitors I’m sure.

Great food! Their Paella and tapas are the best I've ever tasted! A must have!

Food was meh. Out of many things early on a Saturday evening. No imagination, bland, won't return. Sever was not knowledgeable. Cook needs training.

Third time visiting in the last month or so. Every thing here has been some of the best gluten free food I've had anywhere. Great patio. Picture is the remains of bananas foster. Bet you wish you were me. I don't know anywhere else in town that serves bananas foster. You will love everything on the menu, just make sure to mention you want gluten free, assuming you do.

We were looking for a place to eat off the beaten path, on a recent visit to Albuquerque and so happy we landed at Fresh Bistro. We almost drove right by thanks to our GPS taking us a roundabout way coupled with some road construction. Fresh is located in a modest building (perhaps a former residence?) with several rooms & eating areas inside, and outside seating as well. We were seated right away and our drinks order was taken, allowing us time to take in our environs. It’s an eclectic interior to say the least. A couple of walls were paneled in knotty wood, one area looked like it was sponge painted, another eating area was painted blue. Some strange and some not-so-strange artwork hung on the walls. The blue room also had a ‘display’ of random items for sale. Hmmm. We wondered what we were info food-wise at this place. We were pleasantly surprised. Being a s***** for French Onion Soup, seeing that on the menu was a no-brainer. Seared shrimp with red chili and pineapple and the evening’s special, Beef Stroganoff, were our entrees. The soup was good, not the best, but I’d order it again. The dinner salad was pretty blah & non-descript, however, the shrimp dish was a deliciously perfect blend of sweet and tangy. The stroganoff was equally flavorful and very filling. Both entrees came garnished with edible flowers! How cool is that??? The owner stopped by our table to see how everything was and during our conversation, mentioned they would soon be opening another place down the road called ABQ BBQ – Albuquerque’s version of BBQ. We’ll definitely look for it on our next visit.

We were very underwhelmed by the waitress who didn't know what beer they had available, what vegetables and starch came with the meals, forgot to separate our check (per our request), didn't know what a Tempranillo was (one of a 1/2 dozen red wines specifically listed on the menu), etc. We also had to ask for our water to be refilled (one of my pet peeves).

Decide to try this place, bad decision. Appetizers were ok, but who does not cook stuffed mushrooms?? Brushetta served was ok, but little flavor. When the entree was served, I ordered Beef Stroganoff, you know, nice beefs chunks with delicious noodles...what I got was Hamburger Helper with Penne Pasta...and what is with the "toast"?? Serve some fine breads with your dinners. My husband got Alfredo Chicken salad, you know grilled chicken with pasta...well it turned out to be shredded chicken(from a can) with Penne Pasta(was it on sale?) and toast..what is with the plain white toast?? No, we will not be returning.

My daughter has been telling us to try this place for months. We finally did on Father's Day for breakfast. It's very small, quaint, friendly and the food is outstanding. We tried the chicken and green chile frenchilada, the carne asada with beschamel sauce and we split the maple bacon french toast. Too much food but we had to do it. The coffee was strong and good and the staff, incredibly friendly. We will be back for lunch and dinner in the near future. Check out the weekend brunch menu!
