I ordered a cake for a Sweet 16. I mistakenly chose the wrong date and was super stressed and worried. Not only were they very understanding but they were also accommodating - they adjusted my order by 3 days, at no cost. They took my idea and completely made it come true. As a result, a young lady was given a very memorable experience! Thank you so so much!!

Bittersweet Bakery never lets me down! I’ve been coming here for years for all of my daughter’s birthday cakes, and every single time they get it just right. This year’s cake was perfect, it was exactly what I asked for and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about it! This is why I’ll always come back. great service!! accidentally showed up a bit early for my cupcakes and they made them for me. i got the smore flavour and they were probably the best cupcake I've ever had.

This was our first time ordering with them and I have to say I'll be ordering all my cakes with them. Our guests really loved it and we really loved the design. It came out just like the picture we showed her.

Won't answer the phone. We sent an email to request an order and they responded but asking us to call them. We've called at least 5 times in as many days, but cannot get anyone to answer! So frustrating!

I am a cake LOVER, and I absolutely love these cupcakes! The ingredients, flavor combinations, and taste are superb. I only wish that they would introduce a new flavor, seasonal flavor, or add some variety to the flavors that they have had for years now. I don’t doubt that whatever they make will be excellent!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can't believe how beautiful our wedding cake turned out last year!! I meant to leave a review then but I'm leaving one now. The customer service was unreal and they are very helpful with the customization process. I had ordered two different flavors for both tiers and everyone at our wedding loved it. I just ordered from them again for our wedding anniversary! Definitely loved the Bavarian Cream as a filling.
