great service!! accidentally showed up a bit early for my cupcakes and they made them for me. i got the smore flavour and they were probably the best cupcake I've ever had.

This was our first time ordering with them and I have to say I'll be ordering all my cakes with them. Our guests really loved it and we really loved the design. It came out just like the picture we showed her.

Won't answer the phone. We sent an email to request an order and they responded but asking us to call them. We've called at least 5 times in as many days, but cannot get anyone to answer! So frustrating!

I am a cake LOVER, and I absolutely love these cupcakes! The ingredients, flavor combinations, and taste are superb. I only wish that they would introduce a new flavor, seasonal flavor, or add some variety to the flavors that they have had for years now. I don’t doubt that whatever they make will be excellent!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can't believe how beautiful our wedding cake turned out last year!! I meant to leave a review then but I'm leaving one now. The customer service was unreal and they are very helpful with the customization process. I had ordered two different flavors for both tiers and everyone at our wedding loved it. I just ordered from them again for our wedding anniversary! Definitely loved the Bavarian Cream as a filling.

Bittersweet Bakery did an amazing job on my son's graduation cake. He loves looney tunes, so of course I ordered a looney tunes cake for him.
I must say, they did an amazing job. It was outstanding. I'm gluten free so I didn't get to taste, but people told me the cake was delicious. I did however buy me a gluten free cupcake and it was good. Thank you Bittersweets Bakery.

I wanted to like this place, the worker was sweet, but the cupcake was a bitter experience. Guess that's what you get with the name? Sorry. But I've tried this place on 2 different occasions, hoping the first was a fluke, but no. Driest cupcakes ever. ?☹️

I’ve ordered two custom cakes from Bittersweets and They nail it EVERY SINGLE TIME. The cake is delicious, the buttercream icing is the best I’ve ever tasted, they are fast, helpful, and priced fairly. I absolutely will not order a cake from anyone else in the future.Attaching photos of a jukebox cake and a Chucky (Child’s Play) cake they made for us!
