Very friendly staff but these cupcakes were awful. The flavors were there but there is no way they were from that day. I came in at 10:15 for the very first time to get some fresh cupcakes and got 8 in total. All were extremely dry like they were a day or 2 old. Even the tres leches one was ONLY moist where the leches was. The frosting had that crusty feeling it gets when it has been out too long. Honestly felt like grocery cupcakes that are in the 50% off bin at Smith's.

This is our first time trying Bittersweet's Bakery. We got a birthday cake for our son's birthday and placed an order over the phone after sending a photo of what we wanted via email. I was nervous, but the cake turned out beautiful. It tasted wonderful as well and all of our guests were asking where we got the cake from. We will most definitely be future customers. Thank you!!

Hands down the most amazing cakes ever!! We buy cupcakes alot from them. Our favorite the raspberry champagne is The best! We ordered one of our daughter's Quincenera cake from here a year ago and wow simply beautiful and delicious and now our babygirls 1st birthday cake it was the most beautiful and delightful cake i have ever had! I placed an order of birthday cupcakes, I ordered from Philippines to my mother there in ABQ. I did request a picture of my order before the delivery, unfortunately I didn't receive an email/picture of my order. So I'm not sure how they turned out. Mother was happy though and delivery complete. Mom happy, I'm happy. Would recommend. Thank you.

We ordered a smash cake and cupcakes for our sons first birthday party and they were all so amazing! The colors were very vibrant and the attention to detail was perfection! The cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious! The customer service was excellent too they really made sure to take care of every request and got everything done just in time for his party ! Wow! The detail that they put into this birthday cake was incredible. We ordered it 2 days before the party and had asked for the photo on the cake. I did not expect the added Naruto on the side and ninja star! The cake was vanilla with cherry filling. It was so decadent and moist. While they told me the cake would feed 15, we had 10 people and almost 1/2 the cake left after everyone got their desired cut. The day we ordered, I bought a cupcake from their lovely display and a bag of cookies, as well. The cookies were a little heavy on the butter, but still really good. The cupcake, a pineapple banana flavor, was fresh and fruity. While a little expensive, if you order a cake here, you get what you pay for. They make it worth your time and money!!
