Had to wait 30+ minutes for a reservation because the hostess said she gave away the table and they don't keep reservations, especially when they're busy

Terrible service and disappointing food. We had to constantly ask for refills, silverware, and sauces. We were a large party, so food came out in batches with about 15 minutes between them, and one dish was completely forgotten. When we mentioned it, the waitress responded, “Oh well, that’s why I asked if you had everything,” which felt very dismissive.

To make matters worse, my plate was dirty, and the Caesar salad was served warm. Our steak even though was supposed to be medium well, it was like chewing rubber. Between the poor service, attitude, and low food quality, this was not a good experience at all.

Ordered take out and our food was cold, tasted old and the order was wrong. The customer service is horrible especially from the manager. DO NOT EAT HERE! Go across to Uptown or a restaurant by the mall. Don't waste your money here. Called and told the manager about the issues said he would call me back because they were busy and never heard from anyone. They used to be really good and had great customer service. This place has went down hill big time!!

Our waiter was very nice. He took the effort to make sure everything was good to our satisfaction. I did not eat my salad I ordered. He asked if for some reason I did not like the salad. It had nothing to do with my waiter or the restaurant. I did not know what kind of lettuce was used. I should have asked. I medically can not eat roman lettuce. Everything was wonderful. We were a little worried about getting in because of it being New Years eve. We did pick your restaurant for our New Years Eve dinner because we have always had such great service and food.

The place and ambience were good. The food were very flavorful. The service was a little slow. We waited for 30 minutes just to get seats. The table didn't have any napkins and utensils so it took out so much time waiting on it too. It'll also be better if the waitress didn't just stand on the very end of the table when getting orders ‘cause the place was a bit loud and we had to raise our voice just to tell her our order and to verify it.

Have no idea why this restaurant's on Opentable... when my party and I arrived, they had no record of it. Apparently they had a 22-top and two 10-Tops booked, but that's no excuse. They need to update their availabilty on this app! To be served, we had to sit at two separate tables. Food wasn't the greatest this time either. I'm not sure if we just went on an off night, or if this is how things are run there from now on. Either way, I won't be back anytime soon. 

the CO2 was down- this was not communicated when we sat down. then, the bottles of beer were mostly gone so the meal and environment was not as enjoyable during football game. would have left if we had not already ordered apps. better communication when things are out or down- esp when you're a brewery- would be good

Good value and quality for the food, but noise was loud enough that server had to crouch by the table to hear and be heard.

The bar tender seams to do a lot of work for the servers running food and taking tables. Keeps the bar top waiting
