BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Have no idea why this restaurant's on Opentable... when my party and I arrived, they had no record of it. Apparently they had a 22-top and two 10-Tops booked, but that's no excuse. They need to update their availabilty on this app! To be served, we had to sit at two separate tables. Food wasn't the greatest this time either. I'm not sure if we just went on an off night, or if this is how things are run there from now on. Either way, I won't be back anytime soon. 

the CO2 was down- this was not communicated when we sat down. then, the bottles of beer were mostly gone so the meal and environment was not as enjoyable during football game. would have left if we had not already ordered apps. better communication when things are out or down- esp when you're a brewery- would be good

Good value and quality for the food, but noise was loud enough that server had to crouch by the table to hear and be heard.

The bar tender seams to do a lot of work for the servers running food and taking tables. Keeps the bar top waiting

I can’t remember the last time I got chicken fingers at a restaurant but I was feeling something simple. They aren’t on the menu but I asked, he said they were $15.99 so I said sure and ordered them. This is laughable and they didn’t even come with ranch. I never complain to the server so I sucked it up and ate it. Wife started to complain but I told her it was fine. Food tasted fine, but to me it was about $7 worth of food.

Love this second home. HaHa! They have some great weekday specials for y'all to take advantage of, so you can save some money... Thank you BJ's for being a fun restaurant to come back to again and again...

Server Claudia is amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The food is a good choice when there are limited later evening dining options available. Clean place.

Food was perfect! We had the prime rib special which included a starter salad, 2 sides, and their signature dessert. Our waiter was one of.the best we have ever encountered-prompt and very friendly!

My husband and I went to BJ's last night and our waitress Sarah J was absolutely amazing. Her positivity and energy was able to save a date night after being treated very rudely at the cheesecake factory. She was very polite very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations. I had gotten one of their special mixed drinks and they had ran out of little rubber ducks that were supposed to come with it so instead of just bringing me and be like oh we were out she gave me an extra one of their little light up ice cubes to try to make up for it. If you were going to go to BJ's anytime soon I would definitely recommend asking for her.

Went to dinner there today and our service was outstanding with Steven. He was attentive, kind and would definitely return!

I frequent this establishment quite often, but this was the first time I felt inspired to leave a review! Our server, Santana, was attentive, but not overwhelming, made great suggestions, and generally took great care of us! I hope when you visit, that you’ll be lucky enough to be seated at one of her tables! As for me, I will ask for her every time we visit from now on!
