Server Claudia is amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The food is a good choice when there are limited later evening dining options available. Clean place.
Food was perfect! We had the prime rib special which included a starter salad, 2 sides, and their signature dessert. Our waiter was one of.the best we have ever encountered-prompt and very friendly!
My husband and I went to BJ's last night and our waitress Sarah J was absolutely amazing. Her positivity and energy was able to save a date night after being treated very rudely at the cheesecake factory. She was very polite very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations. I had gotten one of their special mixed drinks and they had ran out of little rubber ducks that were supposed to come with it so instead of just bringing me and be like oh we were out she gave me an extra one of their little light up ice cubes to try to make up for it. If you were going to go to BJ's anytime soon I would definitely recommend asking for her.
Good food, good service
hair in the sweet
Went to dinner there today and our service was outstanding with Steven. He was attentive, kind and would definitely return!
I frequent this establishment quite often, but this was the first time I felt inspired to leave a review! Our server, Santana, was attentive, but not overwhelming, made great suggestions, and generally took great care of us! I hope when you visit, that you’ll be lucky enough to be seated at one of her tables! As for me, I will ask for her every time we visit from now on!
OMG....The cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl is scrumptious.
Service is excellent.
It's definitely a keeper.
Week day lunch to celebrate high school graduation. Excellent service! Food was great! Avocado egg rolls, potstickers, and root-beer glaze boneless wings were delicious!
I had been to BJs a couple of times before and I wasn't too thrilled with the service. Being that I was in that neck of the woods my son and my friend wanted to try that place out so I agreed to eat there with him. But I'll tell you the other two times that I ate there were disappointing but this time it was exceptional. The food is on point and so was the service. I'm not much for a lot of noise but it's to be expected in a large place like this one. I'm just grateful I was able to sit down and have a nice meal.

We got seated pretty quickly for our reservation time.......that was the good. Took the waitress about 15 minutes to finally come by the table. My wife and kid their meal came out OK. My steak was extremely rare and severely undercooked. I sent it back and it came back having been placed in the microwave for a few minutes which now made it extremely well done. the steak was uneditable.
Avocado roll had unevenly placed filling, so was too hot at one end and no avo and other end only avo and no hot filling. Trio pizzola things were pretty good.
Real calamari, not processed. Half price wine on Tuesdays is an excellent promotion. House cab sav was nice.
This was my first time at this location. We always go to the other location. And always had decent food, till today.
I especially told the waitress no cilantro ever. I even told her not to put guacamole on my plate because I know they have cilantro on their guacamole.
Guess what! My plate came with cilantro. Sent back. She brought the second plate after everybody on my table was done with their food. Then my rice was all crunchy!
I just don’t understand why everybody in this state has to love cilantro! Some people like me can’t even stand with the smell of it.
This is the second time the kitchen staff has messed up a burger order. Whoever is running the kitchen apparently could careless about verifying what customers actually orders before they leave the kitchen. Maybe Gordon Ramsey should stop by and educate the supposed executive chef for this location. They need to actually READ WHAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY ORDER!!!
