Amazing coffee, not great service. Had to wait 15 minutes+ in order to get coffee while other patrons were served first.
Out of 4 drinks, 1 was correct. Went back inside and told them they weren't ours. They insisted they were, until I showed them that the 3 they gave me all had different names written on them.

I always get coffee here Saturdays cuz my boyfriend works down in Old town and the female staff is super sweet but the guy with curly hair and tattoos is a bit snarky. Today I decided to try something new and get the Jolly Rancher sparkling soda and when I got it, it looked like iced coffee so I asked him if that’s what it’s supposed to look like and he replied “maybe you just picked up someone else’s drink” I said “no it has my name and labeled “JR” for jolly rancher they had mistaken it for the “Jackrabbit” which is super understanding. I’m a barista as well and I don’t take other people’s drinks or talk to guests like that. Also one weekend I got coffee and then later came back for some water and the water station was out so I asked for some ice water and the same guy said “I’ll give you ice but you can go to the water station” and ofcourse I did at first but they were out. I tipped for the ice water I’m pregnant and thirsty, man AND a paying customer I don’t need his lil attitude. But again the girlies are amazing!

Blackbird coffee is very casual and cool place. The Blackbird latte was terrific.

Unfortunately, disappointed I found the location closed during my first outing 1/21/2025. Business hours listed and relayed on location and via a voicemail note the coffee shop open from 830-430 on Tuesdays. I can't fairly rate since I have not experienced the coffee shop fully. However, being closed when they should have been open with no courtesy posting or message to folks, is a direct reflection of there lack of service. 1 star.
Same as the most recent reviews. Don’t expect quick coffee if you’re in a hurry. 45 minutes waited from order to coffee in hand
… but if you have the time to mingle with friends I’m sure the wait wouldn’t be a problem. The coffee is good just not convenient.

Maybe change your hours online before writing it on board.

Don't go here if you want a quick drip coffee... Stopped here on our way outta town and took 30min to get 2 drip coffees. They need more help or a better plan for moving fast orders through, so they don't have to wait for other custom orders. Pretty disappointing 1st trip... FYI, still waiting for coffee while I'm leaving this review 😕

If someone will be waiting for over 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee. They should be told that and the time of ordering. I would NOT have ordered if I knew I would be waiting 20 minutes for it
