Apparently, Lotaburger employees can't count to three. I sent my brother to pick up three Lotaburgers with cheese, and three orders of onion rings. When my brother returned, he had only two burgers, and all three orders of onion rings were burnt. We were so frustrated and HUNGRY.SO...We went to Whataburger. They have great burgers, they can count, they don't burn their food, AND their drive-thru is open 24 hours. They aren't rushing their customers out the door because they want to close early.

Why so stingy with the extra sauces? I'm paying $8 for a fast food burger and you can't even throw in some ranch without charging extra? That's some lame sauce (hah) and encourages me to visit competitors that don't nickel and dime you for a little container of sauce.

Service wait time is always ridiculous, I’ve called 17 times in a row to place an order and no answer (shocker). This Blake’s is almost as bad as the one on Central and Atrisco. They ruin the name and legacy of Blake’s, sad.

Yes, the burgers are good but my favorite is the fish and chips with spicey green chile tarter sauce. Sooooo good.

You can make it a five star by making sure the buns are fresh and the employees know what they are doing. They need to remember the customer is always right and they shouldn't get offended when you correct them
The staff is not up to speed! They took my order then they called up to the counter again talking about that I wasn't charged for some of the items and ask to run my card again! Then they supposedly our order was readybut they took forever to service because they didn't have it ready because of the mix-up!

Not knocking Blake's because I love the food, but management isn't paying attention at this location. It is a burger place and they have run out of cheese and hamburger. I could understand if there was a huge lunch rush, but there wasn't. What the heck guys.
