Usually, I love Blake's, but every time I've gotten a burger from here, the patty has been way over-salted. Also, their paper bags, napkins, etc. smell really musty, it's super off-putting and nasty. Someone should check for a leak wherever they store them in the back. I'd be eating here all the time if they fixed these issues.
I wanted to put 3 stars for this last transaction, but I put 4 because Blake's customer service is usually pretty good, this last time however I paid extra for seasoned fries and they weren't there, then this location uses robots to deliver the food to your residence hall and building and the robot delivered my food a couple hundred feet from my residence and I was already sick and had paid $3 for delivery to Blake's Lotaburger, can't find a better burger in...
