Make sure your order is correct if you’re not eating there! If you’re calling to talk to someone about a discrepancy, you’ll never get through to anyone! I left 6 messages because they never answer the phone and never heard back from anyone! Then I called corporate and same thing! Some of the lousiest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Food is good when they get it right

I had a really good time at Blake’s Lotaburger! First off, the people there were super nice. You can tell they actually care about giving good service — they answered questions, were patient, and just had a really friendly vibe overall. That alone made the visit feel more relaxed and welcoming.
The food was really good too! Everything tasted fresh and was made just right. I know most people talk about the burgers, but honestly, the fish boat was my favorite — crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful inside. It really hit the spot and I’d definitely order it again.
Also, small detail but important — the restroom was clean, which I always appreciate. It shows they care about keeping the whole place nice, not just the dining area.
Overall, it’s just a good spot if you’re looking for tasty food, clean facilities, and genuinely kind people. I’d definitely stop by again next time I’m around!

I should've checked my bag sooner before leaving the premises but I've ordered a grilled cheese about 3 times within the past year and I think I've only ever got a grilled cheese once. I know it's simple and I can make it at home but sometimes you have those days. It's still really good food and technically not a big deal. But still.

The service was the worst. I had a call in order and it took over 40 minutes to get it. Other people who ordered after me got their orders. They also forgot my fries and drink until I mentioned it and they told me I didn't order the items that were on the receipt. They kept telling me it was going to be ready and it wasn't. They also had started making my sandwich which was a fish sandwich and they left the bun with the green Chile sauce out in the open and it got soggy! They apologized but didn't even offer me a credit or anything. I am not someone who likes to complain but this was unacceptable.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received and this is not the first time I have issues. I had placed a call in order using the automated phone system. Upon going to pick up my order, I paid and was told to pull forward and wait. I waited for 40 minutes then decided to go back to the window and ask about my order, I was told they could not find it and there was nothing they could do. I told the cashier someone could have came to tell me what was going on. They looked again and found the order but it was a disappointing and frustrating experience and I will not be returning to this or any other Blake’s location in the future.

This Blakes is AMAZING. I went there tonight to get some fries. They kindly made me a mix of fries and onion rings because I was really stressed out and couldn’t decide what I wanted. Some really nice girl with colorful hair at the drive thru really went above and beyond for me. Thank you for always being great! 😊
