Blake's Lotaburger

I placed an online order. Got to the store right at pick up time. They said it was still being made and to pull forward. No problem. 30 minutes we’re still waiting for our food. They’re not busy. I try calling the store. No one answers so I go inside. Girl at the front counter is chewing on her fingers and then pulls out her phone. Finally speak to who I’m assuming is the manager. They go to check on my order and I hear a person from the back say they found the ticket on the floor and are making it now. I go back out to wait in my car and the girl who brings the order says nothing to me and just shoves the 2 bags of food through the window and walks away. I told her I’m missing my shake. She asks to see the ticket and says I don’t see a shake on there and walks away. I pull up my order on the app and surprise there’s a shake on there. I go back inside. There’s an employee mopping the floor with no wet floor sign and as she’s mopping and I’m waiting to speak to someone again she hits my shoes with the mop twice. Finally someone asks to help me I show them my mobile receipt with the shake and the kid makes it. Meanwhile the manager and 2 other employees are just standing around talking. Zero sense of urgency and terrible customer service. I also work in the food industry so I was trying not to lose my cool but my God Blake’s really needs to evaluate the employees at this store.

Terrible service, old forgetful people work here.

Very rude staff I was missing food in my bag Dropped off my food came back for the food that was missing. The manager said I have to bring my bag back in order for them to replace my missing order. I told her no that I had already dropped off the food. All I wanted was my missing food she said no go bring my bag back and she’ll replace it. I told her no I was not and then she told me I needed to come inside. I told her I wasn’t. I just need my things then she was rude and told me to go park brought me out my food with a very bad attitude. I will never go there again. This place is very disrespectful. The stuff is rude and the manager doesn’t know how to manage that store people before me went in and said they were missing things from the bag. Also, she replaced it right away so what was my issue?

The worst experience ever

Waited 30 minutes. People that were behind me got their food before I got my food.

$28.00 for two burgers with one order of onion rings and two drinks is notebly excessive in my opinion.

It was our first time here. The story of the founding owner was intriguing. The burger was delicious. Fries were good. Onion rings also good. If you are looking for a great burger at a great price, check out Lotaburger!

Denise and Jonathan were AMAZING and so patient while my card flipped out and didn’t work. Tried the card 4 times and it finally worked. Great service and amazing people working there

Blake’s has been a hit or miss. It’s better than Sonic but sometimes the food is not up to par. The service is ok. Ordered a it’s combo Nm style no pickle or onion. Came with everything as is. Fries were like warm and not fresh. I wish we could go back to the 90’s early 2000’s when it was always on pint.
