This location is usually my go to for breakfast on Sunday’s, but the past few times have been underwhelming along with incorrect orders. Today I received my burrito with no chile, no extra cheese instead of the egg, so basically a tortilla with potatoes and my drink was filled halfway. The woman who brought out my order was very kind and brought me a new drink, which I appreciated. I completely understand the weekend mornings are busy, but maybe just pay a bit more attention to details of the orders.

Not The Dude

Very Rude service which simply isn't a surprise any longer in today's society...but receiving half a bowl of chili in two separate bowls, shows intent and a blatant disregard for customer service, and is actually theft by deception...so sad how far Lotaburger has gone down in service and product. We used to be proud of Blake's as a New Mexico establishmen, now it's an embarrassment.

Ordered crispy hash on my burrito and recived mush with a mashed potato consistency. Definitely NOT what I had in mind for breakfast the burrito was not desirable at ALL. I ended up trying to give it to dogs at the work yard and they didn't even want it. Seems like quality of food and service Desperately need to be addressed from my experience as a store manager it's NEVER just workers when it's on going it's management issue.

You know this place has decent food for the most part and I’ve been coming here for 30 years but more to get my order to call in my order is impossible. They force you to use the AI computer and it just cannot get the order correct so then when you asked to get transferred to a live person and you wait for five minutes and then they finally answer the phone and then they hang up on you. It’s really annoying so then I drive to the location and I walk in and it’s not even busy at all anyway go back to customer service don’t rely on computers. They’re killing your business at least for me.

young Man with the clear Glasses with curly hair who was working the register was really really rude no customer service, Not Happy Being there and look angry . If your not happy with your job leave.. Blakes find people who want to work, these people are making you look bad..

Honestly this place has fell off service sucks and they get your order wrong half the time management needs to do better. Honestly came back after months of not come here and still can’t seem to get my order correct. Really disappointed 😢
