Service at this Blakes is so bad people leave because it takes so long for orders to come out. I got a chicken sandwich and New Mexico style burger they forgot the Chicken sandwich! I’ve noticed how teenagers are working at Blake’s. I feel like if you guys hired people more Mature then teenagers and people with better work ethic this place would be successful even more! Food was even thrown at me! Unacceptable and people need to know not to come here EVERRRR

I've had previous positive experiences with the food and service at this particular location. But today was not one of those experiences. The customer service was less than the basic obligatory, going through the motions of service. I purchased a New Mexico style cheeseburger. When I got home to eat it, I found that there was mold on the bottom bun. Needless to say I didn't need it and I won't be going back there.

Cleanest fast food restaurant in ABQ. Nicest, attentive staff. Love the New Mexico Green Chile Burger and Natural Fries!!! (Would like hot sauce for those fries but Blakes does not provide. Instead, I take my own little bottle of Tapatio!)
Me and my wife were having a good morning. We came to the Blake’s ordered three burritos . It’s 624 in the morning no one’s gonna have energy to check the bag . The cashier repeated the ordered to us very unprofessional while the cook smiled . We were very confused on what was happening. But she gave us the bag and drove off half way down to ballon fiesta park we noticed they didn’t put a burrito in the bag. We drove back once we asked for a missing burrito . We asked if they can make it fresh and they male turned back and grabbed it off the shelving and gave it to us . This burrito was for my pregnant wife . Food was good but my pregnant wife burrito was unfortunately cold. I hope we can fix this issue we try different Blake’s but eveytime we go something goes sideways. Blake’s is a label to New Mexico let’s do better

You have a serious problem!!! Must be a major break down on the past of management. I stood at the counter with 4 other customers waiting to have our orders. No a single employee had the awareness to greet us. I had the ask someone to take our order. What The Hell Blakes?(!!!!!!!!!) Get on it and train your people. I've had this same kind of experience a several stores over the last 3 years.
I keep coming back because the food is good for a fast-food restaurant.

Every time I go to any Blake's I hope they get my order right just once. I ordered a burrito with bacon and no chile and they of course put Chile in it. Then add a breakfast sandwich with bacon and sausage and they give me a sandwich with no meat at all. Also ordered an orange juice and the person giving me the bag said it's in the bag. It never was in the bag, this is the nail in the coffin for me. I don't want this corrected, just frustrated that it's a reoccurring issue.
