I have been waiting at least 1 hour for my order. Short on staff, cashiers running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. Terrible!

Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for an online order. Took me 10 minutes to drive there, so a total of 20 minutes for one breakfast burrito. Need to get better management staffing to keep up with everything on the weekends.

Haley is such a bad cashier and has a bad attitude. If you don't want to work then don't work. I work customer service myself and can say that she needs more training in customer relations or needs to just quit.

I used to love Blake's. The burger Patty's are practically paper thin. It's 80% bread, lacks flavor and sits like a brick in the stomach. I had the chicken sandwich last time and it made me sick. I missed the burgers so I tried again but today will be my last try. So sad bc they used to be soooo good.

They messed up my burger and immediately set to work on replacing it, the manager Joe was so nice and helpful, he even gave me a shake for my trouble, I'll definitely be coming back here

The manager Joe is awesome. They made a small mistake on our order and he fixed it right away and threw in a free small shake for the inconvenience. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating, it's been a long time since I've seen service like this. And the food was great! Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

Waited almost 15 minutes (drive thru) for 2 breakfast burritos. Asked them to mark them...not done. Very disappointed.

*UPDATE* The company left reply to review for me to call them I called them and it was pointless they didnt ask employees name that was rude and basically didn't do anything they only replied to call them to look good for review basically. So if you leave a negative review and are asked to call don't waste your time.

My order was completely wrong even though it was repeated back to me right and the cashier that checked me out in the drive through was extremely rude definitely not a great location.

Usually a very good, tasty and well made double green chili, cheese and bacon burger. But sad to say, lately they've got our order wrong several times. They need to take the time to train these young ladies and gentlemen so they all know how to handle pressure and stop the mistakes.

Hit or miss some days with the food quality. Fries and burgers can be really good sometimes and others not so much
