Blake's Lotaburger

This location needs better employees, specially the females. I pulled up to the drive thru because my order was wrong, when I explained the girl just said “okay?” Then waited forever just to say pull up to the next window. I parked on the parking lot waiting for my order to be remade and then another girl ( possibly the same one) went to my window to hand me the food and as I was opening the window she walked away and had the older guy, who was very nice, take it back to my car. Acting like she was waiting for a long time to hand me my food, knock on the window if y’all are so impatient or better yet find another job if you hate working there that bad.

Ordered two burritos. Both with extra chili. Got home and one didn't have no chili... I droveeee back asked for a refund and for my burrito to get re-made. the manager on shift grabbed my same burrito threw it in a bag with chili on the side... She then told me I can't get a refund they can only re-make my burrito.... Horrible service

I always order online the same burrito and this time I did not get my extra bacon or red chili that I requested special and paid for!!!! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.. I go to work after I get my breakfast and I do not have time to run back and tell them how bad and very dry my burrito was!!!! Not even a drop of red chili!!!

My husband went for a lotaburger combo with double meat and and cheese a itsa burger with double meat with cheese. We also ordered green chilli on the side. What's with the green sauce? Chopped green chilli is was we wanted! The greenchile sauce would make the burger soggy. Chopped greenchile!!
