Never go to this Blake’s location the workers are too lazy to get to work half of the time because they are messing around all the time

Ordered bacon for my burger, was charged extra for bacon. I received no bacon. Also very small amout of green chili on my burger. Payed extra for the New Mexico style and it hardly has green chili.

Incompetent ppl working at this location. How difficult is it to take an order and label it for the correct vehicle!? Waiting over 30mins for a double burger with cheese yet it was messing the double meat and cheese. Never coming back to this location. Trash service avoid at all costs.

Decided to see if Blakes has improved since the 3 years or so since I last ate there. If anything, it’s worse. Crazy how you can come in when there are slow, be the only one in the drive thru, they still have you pull out and park in a spot so they can take their sweet time and still give you cold food. New Blake’s is absolutely diabolical.

Used to be one of my favorite local spots but I regret coming here every time over the last few years. Drive through always takes 30 minutes minimum for two burgers. Went inside to check on my order on multiple occasions only to be completely ignored by the entire staff. I don’t typically leave reviews but my experience here as been consistently bad.

Was there yesterday and had the worst experience with the cashier (male) who seemed to have a bad attitude and horrible lack of communication. It wasn’t an issue if he had just taken our order and proceeded but how he took the change from my hand and how he just threw my change back on the counter was rude. I did ask him if he was mad and that’s when we got in to a heated argument. There was no manager who seemed to operate the places and I had to be the one to de-escalate the situation because I did seem like it was about to get physical. The food the service and atmosphere was horrible. It’s left me really uncomfortable and will not be returning to the restaurant because of my experience.

Not the best. I mean it wasn’t terrible, but it’s a little expensive and a super long wait. The food is obviously different than other “original” Blake’s.

Went through the drive thru placed my order the cashier opened the window grabbed my card gave me my card back with receipt and told me to pull up to spot something I didn't hear him what spot he said he had already closed the the window so I looked at him and asked did you say 1 he didn't bother to open the window just rolled his eyes and shook his head. I pulled to spot number one waiting when the cashier brought my food out before I could grab it he just dropped it I almost didn't catch it and walked away. I will not be returning to this location ever agian

Hello, did the New Mexico style lotaburgers and I ordered two. I paid, walked away, checked my receipt and found out they'd only charged me for one. Turned around again and got the second order. I thought the meat was undercooked and overpriced and the staff was not very helpful.
