Blake's Lotaburger

I been calling too cancel a order and there don't pickup the phone there just Hang up on you

This is by far the worst Blake's I've been to! The employees are bunch of kids messing around in their cars one guy working and bringing out food . When you pull up to order they are less than pleased to take your order I felt guilty for ordering food . It's the closest blakes to my house too :(

12 hours later and I still regret my decision to get Blake’s. This morning, I got a Blake’s bacon breakfast burrito with green chile. It tasted okay, nothing impressive. About half way through, I got to a bite that was crunchy. I had to stop eating and try picking out the crunchies—nothing has been crunchy so far! I found little pieces of egg shells that I tried to pick out of my mouth. I looked into my burrito and I saw more and more egg shells in by burrito. Clearly, the cook was very sloppy, in a rush, or just didn’t care. I tried to pick them all out, but after a few minutes I gave up—I lost my appetite and threw away the second half of my burrito after giving up on it. The worst part, though, is that I still feel an egg shell stuck in my throat. It has been there for 12 hours and counting. I’ve tried every trick in the book, talked to a doctor to get his recommendations, and I’m still feeling it. I regret going to Blake’s and I won’t be back for a very long time, if at all.

Ordered two bacon burritos, one with Xmas one with just green. Got two burritos without chilie and one that didn’t even have bacon in it. Worst experience I’ve had at a Blake’s.

It was very clean use to work for Blake when I was 16 years old it was very nice employees were very nice to expensive but great food

why does the drink cup ask “why are you SO THIRSTY” i feel judged

Dinning room closed when I went

Had the chicken sandwich, was made fresh. Employees ignored me for a while when I walked in because they were having fun and talking to each other. After I finally ordered my food they kept asking if I had already been helped ??

Something wrong every single time.

Forgot half my food. Next time check the order... So when I get home from work I'm not pissed!!! Answer the phone to fix it. Not okay. I worked all day just wanted a burrito it's not there, please check your orders. Answer your dang phone, I'm Missing food, time and money. Unhappy customer!!!! I spent $60 to get home and I'm missing items. Tried calling phone off hook.

There was a number of us that had to wait for at least 15 minutes for our hamburgers today from the drive through. Seriously??? Blake's, you need to do better.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos in the drive thru without egg due to an allergy, the receipt shows that they were to have no egg, once we got them home... BOTH had eggs, tried to call 3 times to talk to someone about the issue, and was given the phone off the hook sound and hung up on all 3 times without talking to anyone... this was a horrible experience..
