Blake's Lotaburger

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the Lotaburger located at 8641 Golf Course Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114. My daughter and I ordered two Lota Combos, and unfortunately the experience was far from satisfactory. Both burgers were dry and overly salty no green Chili as we asked for, which was very disappointing, especially for a signature item like the Lota Burger. When we received our food, the French fries were burnt, as were the onion rings. What concerned me most was that the employee—who appeared to be working alone despite there being no other customers—mixed the onion rings with my daughter’s fries. This is unacceptable. What if my daughter had been allergic to onion rings and accidentally ate one? Food safety and proper handling should never be taken lightly. While I understand staffing challenges, that does not excuse poor food quality, lack of attention to detail, or unsafe food practices. This location is clearly going downhill in both service and care. Lotaburger needs to train and hire employees who take pride in their work and understand basic food safety standards. I gave this location 2 stars, and that is being generous. The best Lotaburger experience I’ve had continues to be the location on Unser toward Rio Rancho, which is far superior in both service and food quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would hate to see the Lotaburger brand continue to decline.

Spoke to a robot on the phone placed my order and when I got there it was wrong. The fries looked like they were sitting there for like week. Cold dark brown with no flavor, our buns on our burgers were soggy and wet. Worst fries and burgers ever! so disappointed with Blakes Lotaburger!!!! I spend $21.00 and couldn't eat even eat our food!

Every time inorder the #1 burrito, they make it just right Every time. Not over cooked, eggs made perfect, hash browns and bacon all cooked to perfection! Steady consistency!

Went through the drive through ordered food, had to repeat myself several times as well as ask them to read me out my order for me before I pulled up to the window, from what I thought they got it right the second time, they messed up and charged me for an extra burger. I pull up to the window pay for my food then tell me to pull to the front, I wait 20 minutes for my food , when the guy comes out to give me the food (first of all the guy looked like he hated his job) he basically throws the bag at me through my window and dosnt even say have a nice night or anything just walks away. I check my bag as I always do to make sure my order is correct (which is was not) I walk in let the guy at the front know that i was charged for an extra burger and on top of that the large fry that I ordered was literally half full as if they didn’t even try to put fries in there. I got refunded my money, as I’m walking out I hear the little girl at the window ask “what was wrong with that girls order “ the more professional thing to do if that girl clearly saw something was wrong was use her customer service and ask me personally what was wrong and try to make it right or even an apology goes a long way. It seemed like no one cared that my order was incorrect. I would say if you can’t do your job right or have nice customer service you shouldn’t be working there. When I came home to eat my burger , the burger was bland and not set to expectations like they advertised on there photos. This location definitely is not one I will be going back to, I know a lot of customers will say that and employees will be like “oh who cares” well you shouldn’t because with that you lose business

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito & almost all potatoes a few pieces of sausage, I couldn’t find the cheese, a little egg & $8?!

They are the closest to me that serve their breakfast all day and in my opinion their burritos are the best (bacon burrito add sausage, extra crispy hash browns and green chillies). They are always so polite and seem happy every time I go and the food is always fresh and hot.

It's fast food, so predictable and consistent. Everything was very hood.

The incompetence at this location is ridiculous. There’s no reason it should take almost an hour to get a breakfast burrito when there’s three cars in the parking lot I don’t know who the GM is, but they are doing a horrible job running this location.

We ordered 7 number 3 burritos for take out. Get home to find out they didn't add any cheese or hash browns 2/4 ingredients. We had tortilla with beans. Nothing else added. I mean how ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this locations.
