Blake's Lotaburger

Food was excellent. I can never get a very well done burger, but I got exactly what I asked for. Fries were hit & delicious. Loved it!

Enjoyed a Blake's NM style Lotaburger at 9pm on a random Friday. As a regular Blake's enjoyer, this location served the best burger I've ever had.
Thanks random Friday crew, you should be proud.

Originally I went to this location because they serve breakfast all day. I was craving a Carne Adovada breakfast burrito. The location was somewhat busy mostly the drive-thru. I waited nearly half an hour for my one burrito. I got home and started to eat and discovered I did not get what I ordered. I then drove back and informed them of the mistake. I was told it would be about five minutes to make another one. Well 15 - 20 minutes later I finally got the correct burrito. I checked it before leaving. I understand that people make mistakes. Unfortunately this is not the first time at this specific location.

Sorry Blake's. Just finished my lunch. The Root Beer was watered down and the burger patties were salty. You can do better than this. Somebody needs to pay attention to your food preparation.

Don't visit. If you want quality blakes find an old location....coors and Fortuna is the only location worth going to. It's a shame what happened to this one beloved local chain.....service is so bad....I won't even use it as a bad example... okay....went back 2 medium combos nm style for 36$ 😅😅😅🤣🤣 never coming back

They have great breakfast burritos with Hatch green chiles! Only certain store locations offer breakfast burritos all day. Every time I visit Albuquerque, I have to eat at Blake's at least twice.

Not the friendliest staff, especially at night. They all look miserable and take 5 minutes to acknowledge you at the drive thru intercom. Didn’t even ring up my order right and the boy at the window had attitude when giving me my order, and when I had told him my order wasn’t correctly rung up on the receipt, he just sighed and had to remake my order, but shouldn’t they have listened to what I ordered in the first place? I manage an establishment, I understand you want to go home, but it’s still 45 minutes until close….and your job is customer service based.

I've been eating Blake's burritos for several years and I always get the same exact same order. When I go to other businesses for breakfast burritos I get the equivalent order there too. Today I got the single best tasting/satisfying #5 sausage no chili burrito I've had in my life. It was noticeably different than it usually is and it was the hashbrowns. They were so flavorful and the perfect browned crisp. I even used to work at a Blakes so i know how they make everything and these were different. Blakes management DO WHAT SHE IS DOING EVERYWHERE!! Shout out to the woman who made my burrito!
