Takes over 20 mins to make one burrito
2 order in front of me and they still taking 20 mins like what are the 12 people working doing

Come here if you don't care if you're late. 15 minutes parked outside waiting for a burrito. Cmon y'all. Getting breakfast for the kids wasn't a good idea at this location.

For a fast food restaurant they are very slow, don’t follow order details, and burnt the food. Has this become the new standard for Blake’s (you get what you get)

I've been to this location on multiple occasions giving it chances and I can tell the workers don't care about what they make because every time I got a burrito from here it was barely, or not edible. From burnt hash browns, undercooked hash browns, not warming the tortillas and undercooked meats, this location won't be worth going back to and isn't really worth stopping at.

Never want to complain about fast food service, but this was just poor, piss, service. Waited over 20 minutes to get food, forgot items and didn’t even apologize. Burger was given cold and probably been seating there for a while. Money wasted. Blake’s over the years was the best and service quality and fantastic food. Now, you lost that pride and local customers.

Dirty Restaurant, very disrespectful staff, way too overpriced, you try to make a call in order their AI doesn’t work such a hassle

Save yourself the time and never come here. They pull every car and it takes years to get your food. Cars who come after you will get their food before you because it’s so disorganized. Terrible

I like the menu but the $1 sur charge extra for eggs has me not buying the wonderful breakfast burritos.
This location on Golf course is a bit slow in getting you your order but the staff tries hard and are plesent.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and they forgot to put hashbrowns. They were kinda rude. Blakes customer service and food quality is really going down. Sucks cuz I was craving a breakfast burrito.

Slow, food was cold, guy in front was vaping in front of customers unbelievable

I have nothing but the worst experiences with many different blakes but seeing how it's been a while I thought I'd give them another chance. However they once again were a complete let down. I ordered a burrito inside on my way to work and after nearly 30 min, I went to check on my order just to have them tell me they were out of beans and I'll have to continue to wait. The entire kitchen was complete chaos. Never again. It saddens me that blakes fell so far from the great service and food they used to provide.

I will no longer visit this location. It takes them over 20 minutes for an order of 3 burritos.
