It's a 24 Hour Burrito location, and my tortilla was cut up and so messy. Covered in chile on the outside. It just looked gross. The service was awful. The employee who was helping us was completely rude and stale. I asked for a courtesy water cup. And the employees came to check if we had water in the cups. Like whether or not if you give me a cup, don't come up and interrogate me over water in a cup.

I ordered a green chile breakfast burrito. The burrito was big, but with hardly any green chile!! Blake's, please put MORE GREEN CHILE IN YOUR GREEN CHILE BURRITOS!!

This is the best Blake's in the state imo. The best Blake's experience I can rember, at least five years. I have had hit or miss experiences for a long time around the state leaving me disappointed. Today the food and service we're the Blake's I remeber from my childhood. Thank you Veronica and you team. If I could go six stars I would. Delicious!

I like Blake's but I didn't understand why every time I come through the drive through they make me pull up and park. The girl today told me that it's because they have a timer. Why try to beat the system, seems customer service would be more important?

Food quality is hit or miss. Horribly managed and staff doesn't seem to care how much of their customers time they waste. Even if you order online and well surpass the time given for your order to be ready, be prepared to wait at least a half hour. Automated and online system are both terrible.

There is nothing better then seeing your favorite company become thisLong wait times lack of service phone orders turning to machines you spend 15 min on to place an order and they still get it wrongThen going though the drive threw and being told that they are not taking anymore orders until they can fulfill the ones they have when they only got one car in the drive though and 2 in the parking lot.Whoever is in charge needs to be replaced it's long overdue there is such a lack of service now and all they are doing is surviving at this point. I have seen so meny of the old blakes close and this one is just going to be another in the long lines unless they fix something and pay people enough to actually care again

How do you have an attitude and all you’re doing is taking orders you’re not even the one making the food. All I did was ask for my bacon to be soft and I get the most annoyed OK ever. Is your job really that hard? To ask people what they want to eat, and then punch it into a computer and then have somebody else do the manual labor. Better pay?you can’t even work right for the pay you get
