We placed our order and it was wrong we told the employee at the drive thru and he was rude told me I didn't have commonsense very rude our food was cold ! We spent over 37.00 . Not professional!! Very disrespectful

Ordered some large fries. Good thing I checked the bag because they only filled up both feet containers a little less than 2/3 of the way. The clerk didn’t seem too happy, but I said something about it. They gave some more fries to make it fill up the actual fry box.
This location has been hit or miss for several years now. I’ve had messed up orders and when I ask them to fix it, it seems like they’re offended at me for asking to get what I paid for. Makes me not trust them fixing the order.
Last time we went, they were blaring ghetto music. It was so loud we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. And it seemed like there’s no filter on the music because we heard some curse words.
One of the manager ladies there said she’s been there for a few months and is getting the store back in order. In the same conversation, she cussed several times. I expect more from management customer conversations.

Recently went and paid 72 dollars for a dry burgers I remember going get a big juicy burger what happened? It’s over priced for not so good food I think I had better burgers from McDonalds sheesh most likely not going to get burgers from them again and hopefully they don’t change breakfast because that’s the only thing they got going for them right now.

I went to get my order and they gave me the double hamburgers and I asked for chairs and in mine, a hair came out in the hamburger, they must hold the hair well, several times I have a very bad experience there, other times they gave me an incomplete order I had a very bad experience there

2 burritos, a bowl of chile, organge juice and large drink. Drink was only filled 3/4 full. Told to park. Waited 15 mins. No orange juice no spoon and chile was cold cheese was hard and less than half way full. I will definitely tell people to avoid this location. Gibson and I25 is better quality.
