Chaotic and incompetent. Waiting at a stall for 1 hour after ordering through drive thru and when I finally went inside to see what was going on I noticed people just standing around, not knowing where my order was and it appeared they didn't even start it. Worst experience in a drive-thru

I am speaking of the lotaburger on Rio Grande across from hotel Albuquerque. Others are good but that one is awful in every regard. I'd starve before I'd go there again.

Not even sure what the point of ordering online is when I arrived after waiting 30+ minutes to pick up i still had to wait 20 minutes for my food
We placed our order and it was wrong we told the employee at the drive thru and he was rude told me I didn't have commonsense very rude our food was cold ! We spent over 37.00 . Not professional!! Very disrespectful
