Genuinely have no idea how this has a 3.5 unless they pay for bots. LET THIS LOCATION GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Zero service, they can NEVER get your order correct the first time, and it ALWAYS takes at least 30 minutes to get an order out. It's wild. Don't come here and let it shut down cause at this point I'm 99% sure it's a drug front.

Went for dinner at about 7:45pm. They had no signs up that they were closed. There were two workers in the building and the lights were on. We waited 10 minutes in the drive-through line, and no one ever helped us. This was very poor service, and every time we go to this particular location, the service is awful. The food is usually fine, but the wait is excessive to get your food, and the service is mostly poor. They need more workers.

They take forever they don’t bring all one order at the same time bring it in different times they always mess up. The orders is not well seasoned or cold.

Food is good... When the order is correct, which it almost never is. They even forget ingredients. Burritos always have eggs shells, fries aren't even warm. You'll be standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone so much as acknowledges you, let alone takes your order. Burgers are also tiny now compared to a few years ago, but the prices are 2-3 times higher. Just today, I got a burger, medium fries and medium drink for my dad and one burrito for myself, the total was over $17. Like, how?? Tables and floors are also always dirty and sticky. Just not a clean place.

Went here yesterday through drive thru. It took over 10 minutes to get a burger. Bun was stale but otherwise good.Came back today and it is looking like a long wait again.The register went offline as I was at the pay window.I don't know if it's understaffed or some combination of issues but this location needs corporate to come in and get things fixed up. I literally could have taken the order yesterday, thawed the meat and done the prep and everything in less time than it took.Employees were friendly enough but I came for food.

Slow as frozen snot. The gentleman at the counter took forever and a day to take the order in front of me, then disappeared and left me standing there to wait for some 5 minutes before a woman came to take my order. It then took another 10 minutes for them to have it out. When it came out, my plain burger had bits of lettuce all over it — I can see the girl behind the counter being very sloppy in her sandwich assembly, with bits and pieces going everywhere — and I had to pull part of the bun off and throw it away because it smelled like mustard, which makes me violently ill. The food itself is okay, but I couldn't really enjoy it after being skeezedn out by how it was handled and irritated by the service.

I've eaten at a handful of Blake's here in Albuquerque. I have to say this is one of my favorite locations. Employees there are nice, interactive and have positive energy that makes my visit very pleasant. I highly recommend this Blake's.

I place my order and it literally took them about 30 minutes just to make my food. Unfortunately they don’t have large drinks so they give you a medium drink. So you’re basically getting ripped off they’re charging you for large french fry and a large drink. Disappointed.will be calling

If I could give this place no stars I would. Can’t rate the food because I still haven’t received it. It’s now 12:12 and my order was placed at 11:40. Absolutely ridiculous. Please close this establishment down.

We try to only hit mom and pop locations or local chains while on vacation. This place was a mistake, not sure what all the fuss is about! First, it took over 25 minutes to get our order of a simple burger, fries and a chicken sandwich. There were 8, yes 8, employees but it took way too long to get our food. We were not the only customers complaining about the wait time either. One guy says that it's always this slow! What were they all doing?? Not cleaning the floor of the restaurant! There were napkins and straw covers everywhere. We also needed to use the bathroom, nope! It was locked. No hand sanitizer either. The food was okay, pretty sloppy eating but we were starved.

I don't know what it is but over the years the food has lost that certain taste that makes your mouth water and your brain can't wait to indulge what went wrong I do not know but I'm sure it has to do with managementWheelchair accessibility: You would think they would be more thought going into an important decision for the accessibility for wheelchair disabilities but it seems like somebody did not take the time or thought of how it would be to live the rest of your life in a wheelchair they need to find somebody with their experience of live with that sort of hardship
