First time in New Mexico Albuquerque...Went to Blake's by recommendation from my Lyft driver. Was not disappointed I ordered the breakfast burrito, lotaburger and seasoned fries all which was freshly made and was ??. The service was excellent from a young lady i forgot her name,but never the less she was doing everything from taking orders to cleaning the dining room area..I definitely recommend this location..

Never had a problem with this location until the last couple of times i've ordered. Tonight wanted a double meat double cheese Lotta combo With bacon..It's not what I received.It was a single meat single cheese with two pieces of bacon. One. Tomato 2 pickles and the lettuce was absolutely soggy And gross , the burger was also very dry. I don't know what's going on with this location. But I hope they begin to step their game up again. Cause this will be the last time I order from there.

Take extremely long going through the drive through. Stopped going here because of this but thought I would give it a try again.
Second visit. First time hamburger was hot and delicious. Perfectly prepared.
Tonight, horrid, cold, tasteless. Made to wait for a cold, vapid hamburger.
Lot of money to pay for a wasted meal. Sad. That first hamburger was the bomb.

Been to this location a few times over the past 2 years with little mistakes, but nothing like today 4 breakfast burritos paid for Xtra chopped green chili didn't get that. See, I had friends from out of State visiting here for the Balloon fiesta where theyheard about Blake's burritos so they wanted to try it. Drive there, specifically asked for chopped green chili not the green sauce & what happens, green chili sauce & we paid for Xtra copped green chili. So another trip back explained what happened so they remake them supposedly. I get it back to my guests & guess what? Again green chili sauce. What? So now back & forth 4 trips. By now my guests are so disappointed they no longer want this, so $33, a total of 6 trips back & forth & not even an apology. So disappointed

Staff needs cross contamination training. When I order French fries I don’t mean French fries with crusty burnt ass old onion rings at the bottom. I about lost my lunch over that.

Awful experience in drive through. My husband and I went through the drive through at 9:20 on September 25th, 2024 and the lady taking the order was rude and kept interrupting him. He couldn't even finish his sentence before she rudely interrupted with "RED OR GREEN". Management needs to retrain her, I couldn't even get her name as she isn't wearing a name tag.
