First time the wait was long, which has been addressed.
This evening part of my order was missing. The food we did get was cold, I walked in to order it makes no sense. Went back for what was missing in my original order. The fries were horrible definitely again. not cooked correctly. Now I see why chic-fil-a is taking their business. Might have to go next door to chic-fil-a next time I'm in the area. So disappointed. This used to be the best lota burger location.

Flight in, baggage claim, then immediate drive to Blake’s. Food, except for the chicken sandwich was delivered quickly. Food was hot. Delicious food too!!

Do you have a specific order in mind? Well forget it they’ll randomize it and give you what they want. They messed up chili cheese fries twice and gave me burritos with random stuff. Worse Blakes by far
Food here is excellent. The fact you can get breakfast burritos ALL DAY! is amazing. And everything is made fresh! No sitting in a warming bin. Staff is quick and ready to take care of the customer. Can't wait to go back and eat again

She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and greeted everyone with a genuine smile and great energy. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of positivity to a fast food setting. The food was hot and fresh, but Valerie’s outstanding service made the whole experience even better. She’s a true gem—give this girl a raise!
