Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Usually don’t care, I prefer my food fresh anyways. BUT they forgot my burger. I didn’t check the bag until I was back at work. No time to go back and get it.

I ordered mobile grabbed it went home. No sauses. I said extra for sauses but got nothing. Went back after using home sauses they said just make sure they are in the bag. Very poor experience

I’m a person that is not much of complaining about things like missing the extra cheese or the sauce on the side etc but I ordered online a burrito under my husbands name and this lady gave it to me. Didn’t pay much attention to her attitude at the moment. My husband ordered a little later in person and had a little incident but nothing he would get mad about besides my husband is not perfect but not extremely rude to flip someone off , specially ladies. That’s not the point ! I got a DM from the manager! Why wasn’t this situation addressed at the moment? My husband went back and asked for the manager and they said “He / She is not here” . ?? How is he supposed to fix this “misunderstanding “

The breakfast burrito was very cold, it was almost lunch time so I'm assuming instead of cooking the breakfast items fresh they used whatever was left from the morning rush. Our Kids french fries were very fresh but was a mixture of original like we asked and seasoned.

Food was okay for fast food, but service was not good. I don't blame the workers, there just weren't enough of them, even though it wasn't very busy. Possibly poor management. Had to have several items on my order (walk-in) corrected, and waited a while to do so.
