Come here on my break a lot, there is a blonde girl (Emma) who always works drive thru, very rude, never smiles, never says anything just walks away like she's afraid of her own shadow....... Super rude...... Service is pretty slow for a blakes...... And there bacon on a couple of occasions is undercooked....... Very hard to wanna keep coming here...... Now that I think about it most of there staff seems unhappy and not very friendly

Lets start by my wife called us in 2 breakfast burritos this morning before we came to work she called at 6:08am we arrived at 6:19 they had us pull forward to wait for out food didn’t get it till 6:25 am when we got to work. Our burritos were cold and we only work 3 min from the restaurant, our hash browns were burnt which messed off the whole burrito because everything tasted burnt was not impressed with the food at all.

There was a metal bread tie it looks like inside our burger. My son took a bite and got poked in the mouth with it. Please be careful if you order from here. I contacted the store no one would answer or return my call about the matter.

Customer service was horrible. SHAWNA your cashier was very rude didn’t get our order right, the worst attitude ever and acted like she was miserable being there! Definitely wouldn’t go back to this establishment. The drink station was a complete mess which she was just standing around and could have been cleaning instead of moping around.

Ordered a #1 green chili burrito with the new carne burritos they offer. The #1 was fire per usual, however the carne burrito has got some serious false advertisement going on. No complaints on the taste however, just slightly unhappy with the sizing
