Been coming here the last 4-5 years and there's always something wrong with our orders, they forget to add something to our burritos and burgers or they just forget stuff we ordered and paid for. Mostly online orders other than that the food is good, the service is good just the cooks constantly forgetting things Edit: I take back my extra star, ordered extra hash brown and bacon and got left w this sad shit (they always do this when you order online it's like the cooks can't read or they're having a bad day and decided to blame the customers for them having to work)

The chicken I had was salty but good otherwise. No grilled food which I prefer. Onion rings and burger that my husband had was good. Service was great and indoor area was clean.

It’s almost funny but not really because it is without failure that their customer service is horrible. Either rude communication or no communication. I did a call in order today to try avoiding the poor customer service… I got my burger fine but when they needed to make the shake I’m assuming the machine was off or something so it took like 10-15 minutes just for the shake. No worries, but the lack of communication is what makes it sorta ridiculous… The only reason I keep coming is because they are so close to home. I continue go for the food most definitely not the friendly atmosphere haha it is worth mentioning that there’s a younger Native American man that has always taken good care of me I wish I knew his name now.

When I got there I wasn’t even asked what the name of my online order was , and it was just sitting under the counter while me and my co worker sat there for 15mins like idiots waiting for our order to be called , and they forgot to put the bacon on both burgers which I was changed for. Thanks for the soggy burgers and for taking $5 more out of my Wallet ha Im never going there again , trash service

The cheese on my hamburger was burnt and the lettuce was wilted and dark green like it was sitting out since yesterday and the bread was hard. This was a waste of money. I couldn’t even go back because I was on my lunch break and back at my office before I could see it. Pics on FB.

Got my order wrong twice. When I went to the counter to place my order the man says what do you want. In a rude tone. Unacceptable. After speaking with the manager about it she says that's just the way the newer generation is. In other words just accept it. I'll never go to the lomas location again.
