Order a few burgers and they were the incorrect way. Got one with no pickles, got pickles. Got one with mayo, did not get mayo. And so on, everything was incorrect. The drinks we wanted were out. Did not realize that the food was incorrect till we got to our work site. Terribly dissatisfying and disappointed with our experience at Blake’s Lotaburger!

Their Google profile is incorrect. They do not have a drive-through. This location does not serve breakfast past 11 and even though I was next in line they walked away from me and made me wait 4 minutes to tell me this we came for burritos and a drive through specifically. Update your profile !!! get really close. If you can’t hit it you can yeah you can zigzag one.

My boyfriend went to Blake’s on Lomas off the bat the employee (so called manager) was being rude. She didn’t want to update our regular french fries to a seasoned french fry, she stated that that would be an up charge, which we were OK with one of the main reasons we go to Blakes is because of the season fries after that my boyfriend drives home after having a long day of work, prepared to eat his food and of course, the infamous season fries were not in the bag to top it all off. They don’t answer their phones. They just send you to voicemail. My advice would be if you work hard for your money. Do not go to this location. Nothing’s worse than getting off work just trying to get something to eat And being met with attitude and missing items just go somewhere else.
