This is the first time I'm visiting a Blake's, and it wasn't a great impression. This one had plenty of parking, and there was a drive-thru. The restroom is only accessible by asking an employee to unlock the door. There are two separated by gender.I don't know why but there were only two ladies behind the counter in the kitchen, and they didn't even have time to acknowledge me or take my order. It seemed like a good 30 minutes before one of the ladies offered to help. There were about four groups waiting in the dining area, and then eventually there were more than ten people waiting. Perhaps they were short-staffed at the moment? I only ordered a green chile cheeseburger, so it didn't take long for the order to be done.In terms of the food, I think it was ok to try. I can see why people like it and why people don't like it. The green chile is actually spicy - I could feel/taste a slight kick. I would eat it again, but I would avoid this particular location.

I ordered 2 chili cheese fries, the employee got upset that he would have to make them so he charged me individually for fries, shredded cheese, and chili, then gave me everything packaged separately to make my own chili cheese fries. What in the world!?!? If I wanted to make my own food I would have, and if you don’t want to do your job and make the food offered on the menu maybe don’t be working in fast food ?

We literally got there 20.minutes until closing, but EDGAR and ANGELICA were super nice and great customer service! Awesome job ?

The workers were very rude. We placed a big order so our order wasn't the way we ordered. We kindly asked for our orders to be fixed but we were rudely approached about it. This is not the kind of service I usually get from Blake's. These workers need to trained on customer service.

I am a long time customer. My first time to the lomas and Louisiana store. I love the brkfst burritos but was sorely disappointed by the service this morning. The "manager" totally got my order wrong and was very rude telling me it was my fault for not checking my ticket! I left w a burrito that was not what i ordered and w out my drink. PLEASE lotaburger get some decent customer service. You have always had a great product (business) but u HAVE to get good customer service employees or you will not survive. Your worker's customer service skills can make or break you!
