They got a simple order wrong. Ordered regular fries got seasoned fries asked for green chili on the side and didn't get it.

There are pure kids there who just spend their time playing watching the phone, they take too long to place an order, I don't understand why they don't put someone to take care of all those types of kids instead of playing with the phone, serve people better and make the food faster one has to come supposedly because it is fast and it is better one prefers to stay at the fucking house to make better food because here they take too long

Summer was rude and got annoyed cause I asked to BUY an extra soda. On 12/31/24 at 03:38 PM do better summer you’re getting paid.
Called in order automated lady couldn't take order so sent me to a live person. Who couldn't take order either. repeated my order at least 5 times because I do have a picky eater & wanted my order right sent my son for my order because I didn't feel good. & When he came he just dropped my order off because he was on his way to work. Well out of all the order the one for my picky eater was wrong. I tried calling back & left message because no one answered well even after calling 8 plus times no one called me back. Needless to say we didn't get to eat because how could we eat and one child not we paid over &30.00 & no response.

I called an order in.. I show up and nobody.. none of the employees there...all of them.. didn't either greet nor want to wait on me.. just turned their backs .. so forget this place..
