I NEVER write reviews for fast food- but last night we got such great service that I have to. We ordered breakfast burritos for dinner and Lexi (or was it Alexis?) seemed so happy to help us. Like - really happy and actually cared if we were satisfied with her service and the food. I just moved to the area and Blake's is now my go-to, just because of her and the great breakfast burritos.

I purchased a lot of burger and fries and lemonade. Driverup didn't check the bag.I got a cold hamburger. Steven was my server, and he tells me I put in extra ketchup.That's a first clue that he gave me a screwed up order.

Got a bacon burrito, came with one little crum of bacon... The lady making it kept touching her dirty hat in between each burrito she made
My breakfast burrito was made wrong but Nicole made me a fresh one and it was the best I ever had from there...she was so courteous, professional and quick she made my experience great

went in the other day and your employee anthony was very rude with not only me but other customers to. The way he was taking orders responding and acting was completely unprofessional and that's coming from a manager at a fast food chain.
