Blake's Lotaburger

On Friday's I treat myself to a breakfast burrito. I travel Bernalillo and Velencia counties daily. I stop at whichever Blake's is closest to my route. Today was the Rio Grande store and it was the best one they have ever served me.

Trying to give a fair review

The team was nice and quick witch was amazing

I paid for extra potatoes and somehow got half of what a normal order would have… spending almost 9 bucks on a burrito and getting something the size of a golden pride burrito or less for tripple the cost is insane

Blake’s has steady home down hill

Nothing against the staff

This is a upper management thing

You go to one Blake’s to another and there is almost no consistency and it’s affecting the brand name and community that supports you

I stopped by the Blake’s Lotaburger on Rio Grande yesterday and had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious like always — my burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot and crispy. What really stood out, though, was the service. The manager, Angel, was amazing! You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. He was super friendly, made sure everything came out right, and checked in to see if we were happy with our food. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere these days. Big shoutout to Angel and his crew — they’re doing an awesome job!

They always have really good breakfast burritos with red or green chili or xmas... The breakfast burritos are huge.

I absolutely love the sausage burritos and finally got to order one and am totally disappointed the tortilla was so stale and stiff like cardboard totally ruined it and to top it off I ordered extra sausage and cheese like I normally do and it totally didn't have . First time ever going to Blake's and being disappointed.

Great food, great service, especially from the guy that took my order at the drive through window he’s name was Alan. Very kind I will be coming back !

Walked in to eat with my husband and the music was blasting! We couldn’t even hear the girl taking our order! The fact that I couldn’t even think to take my order and having to scream on top of that just for her to hear me is wild! They were blasting music with the F word in every other sentence unacceptable! Smoking your vape in the back while making my food UNACCEPTABLE! Get it together yall need to hire supervision for the children you hire! I have video of the music blasting but won’t let me post! Also after leaving my husband immediately threw it up! It made him super sick!
