Blake's Lotaburger

Employ was very friendly she helped a lot when we had miscommunication she helped to make sure my order was right shout out to miricle very helpful

This location has by far the best of Blake’s burgers. The lettuce was exceptionally crisp and fresh and the patty was cooked perfectly. No greasy meat but a well cooked hamburger. The meal is like this every time I go to this particular Blake’s.

The workers at this store in the morning are incredibly rude. This location has consistently gone down hill.

We arrived from out of town late due to flight delays, my wife wanted to show me a childhood favorite. We stood in line when it wasn’t busy for close to 15-20 minutes repeatedly being told we will be served and we were not. We left, and my wife is quite upset with the experience, especially her growing up here. Never experienced such bad service and this left quite an impression.

Pulled up to Blake’s about an hour before closing. The girls working saw us, and as soon as we walked in, they disappeared into the back and just never came back out. We stood there for like five minutes waiting, not a word from anyone.

Eventually we just left, and right after that, one of them came back out like nothing happened. It was obvious they just didn’t feel like helping anyone.

If you’re done taking orders, fine—just say something. Don’t leave people standing there like idiots. Not coming back.

I walked into this location and the employee behind the counter made eye contact with me—then immediately turned around and walked away without saying a word. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. I waited for a bit, then decided to leave. As I got back in my car, she suddenly came back out like nothing happened. Completely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Won’t be coming back.

I ordered a Frito pie. It came very short on chili, huge fritos in it, too big for very little chili, no lettuce or tomatoe available !!! They had the nerve to still charge me a full price

I’m traveling for work and I was recommended lota from the locals. Their breakfast burritos are solid and full of flavor.

4th of July fireworks were popping off and our dog in the backseat was losing his mind. Total chaos. But Rose at Blake’s Lotaburger was an absolute gem — noticed the commotion and kindly offered an Itsa Patty to help calm him down. It wasn’t just thoughtful, it was genuinely kind. One of the most compassionate and down-to-earth people I’ve encountered at any Blake’s. Made a stressful moment feel human again. Thank you, Rose!

I am visiting from out of town and heard that this was a good place to eat. I had a horrible experience. We went thru the drive-thru, ordered $32.44 worth of food. Was given the OBVIOUS wrong order. The woman, with her horrible attitude wanted to charge my son AGAIN for the chicken sandwich we didn’t get because they gave our food to somebody else. Instead of a chicken sandwich, a Lotaburger w/cheese, an Itsaburger, and 2 orders of fries……we got a Lotaburger, a Lotaburger with bacon and green chiles, which I cannot eat, one order of fries, and a nasty bowl of chili. The customer service was HORRENDOUS and her “I don’t give a crap” attitude needs to be rectified. We will never go to this restaurant again and furthermore if we are ever asked about it, we will never recommend it to anybody.
