I didn't know you can get robbed by a local fast food joint too... asked for both bacon and sausage got charged for both but got only one... shame...

I have to give it to Blake’s, in the last few months it has seemed better than it was when the new owners first took over.

I’ve ordered 3 times here hoping that it was a one off thing but the continued the horrible service. They have repeatedly ignored my modifications to my order multiple times. They have forgot parts of my order multiple times, with no refund as I had to pay for the item again.
Do not recommend this location. Thank you.

My burger had so much mustard everything tasted like mustard. After a failed attempt to sop it up with the napkin, I eventually ditched the bottom bun and ate the rest of the burger open burger style.

Ordered three different meals. Was immediately talked to with a mean attitude saying the order would take a long time. I said that’s okay. Waited 45 minutes for cold food and one of my meals missing along with the burgers not being what I ordered. Incompetent.

Lotaburger has gone down hill over the years, everyone knows that. But this is beyond gross, ordered a breakfast sandwich and was down to the last couple bites and choked and threw up pulling a long hair half way out of my mouth and sandwich. Tried calling them to report about 5 or 6 times they just kept hanging up. Disgusting will never eat here again.

No matter the time of day or who works at this location it is always SO SLOW! There's always ppl waiting,c told to pull aside food isn't done. All other Blakes are on point. The food is still really good same blakes quality, it's just not somewhere you want to go of you're trying to hurry.

I placed an order of two #4 burritos. As we were about to eat, we noticed that they had made them wrong. For some odd reason, they had added refried beans to my burritos when I did not make this request. It’s sad that this location has a history of making orders wrong.

Very sloooooooow to get our food and it was pretty empty inside without a lot of drive thru. Food (burger, buffalo burger, fries, onion rings)is good. Coffee is too sweet

I'm not going to lie the food was delicious but you guys had us pay for shakes that you didn't have even though you substitute at them which we appreciate green chili is actually hot you can't beat that New Mexico Green

In this place something always happens, they never give the food well, we ordered 2 burritos and a Buffalo sandwich. We are working in the mountains and arriving we opened the Bolzano food store and we were missing a burrito 😡😡😡🤬

Slow as snails. We waited 40 minutes for our food and there was only us and another person there. Ridiculous!
