The employees at this location are so rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order 2 times to a kid with airpods in who was also obviously high. Even after repeating the order they still manage to get it wrong every single time. Anytime you bring back the order and correct them they act so condescending and clueless. I'm not even sure if half of them speak english either because they'll just stare at you and make you repeat yourself multiple times. I see so many reviews with the same problems with the same employees but somehow the experience is always the same and the store does nothing about it.

We frequent this place often and have had the best service but today's experience really rattled me. There was a lady who literally threw the order at my fiancé. I did not like the way she did that and now I feel like I have to go elsewhere if she's working. She needs more customer service training if she's gonna be there. The service deserves zero stars today.

ITSA Burgers had smallest, thinnest tatter of lettuce; 3 pickles (generous!), mustard. Something's definitely up and not just w Blake's; reviews of Golden Pride on Juan Tabo have been mixed. Managers say it's hard to find good help.
