If you are on break please do not come to this blakes. It took 20 minutes to get my Itsa burger meal. When my food finally arrived i received the wrong meal! Horrible service and just not worth the time. Caleb needs a re training on customer service. Better yet give it to all the employees.

Blake's has continually gotten worse over the years, the past few times i have ordered a breakfast burrito WITH chile I never receive the chile. For the price of their burritos not worth it anymore. And fast food place workers want $20 an hour and can't follow simple orders.

This is what I ordered. Instead, I only got one of the two burgers and it had green chili which I did NOT order. Also forgot the grilled onions, added the mustard when I specifically added NO mustard and added Ketchup. Didnt get the ketchup. I know it was busy in the druve thru but I ordered this at 8pm to pick up 8:30pm they had PLEANTY of time to ensure my order was correct. Will NOT be ordering again from any Blakes.

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered a lotacombo waited for 20 minutes parked my car and went inside to see what was taking so long if I hadn’t already paid would have left but the guy in front lobby says they are taking your food to the window. If I could have posted pictures of how bad the burger and fries were I would have Got home with the food couldn’t even eat have of the the food worst burger and fries ever.

I placed my order and pull up to the window. Nobody even comes to acknowledge me. I sit there for a few minutes. I see him inside working and I just drive off. They should’ve acknowledged me at least that they were working on my burrito.

If you get food from here don't be surprised when you have to put it in the microwave because it's never hot. They're very skimpy with the chile, and when you ask for extra they put so much you can't even hold the burrito. So you essentially paid 55 cents extra to have a harder time eating your burrito as the extra chile is an upcharge. I grew up eating Blake's and it's sad how bad it's become

I’m wanting chili fries and there’s five of them that I see walking around talking, laughing, flirting with each other, kissing up on each other inside of there and it took me a long time to get my food then when I actually got my food, it was a mess They completely made my food sloppy and I got chili cheese fries and they gave me only fries with chili on it. There’s no cheese at all.
I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:47am and was told they would be right with me. There were no other cars in front of me. Two minutes later, at 10:49am, I placed my order. I was told that I would have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for ONE bacon burrito. I said never mind and drove off. Are they laying the eggs in there? Growing the potatoes and chile? Are they slaughtering the pig for the bacon? If you want $20.00 per hour for minimum wage, you have to be at least doing minimum work! Maybe this is the reason why there was no business. This is totally unacceptable. Most people do not have that amount of time to waste waiting for the employees to do their jobs. I will not be going back to this location.

I have never seen a Blake's take so long in my life I have been here for the past 15 minutes ask for help twice and no one has said anything to me all I ordered was a Chicken Sandwich and a frito pie What the actual hell??? At 12:04PM??? Seriously during lunch time this is how fast you all can go 11/8/24 This just feels straight up ridiculous

They got my order wrong. The worst part was the girl at the window kept wiping her nose on her hands. First on her gloves she took them off then continues to use her hands to wipe her nose. So gross this was at 8:30pm whomever was working the window.

Went for a cheeseburger and green chili cheese fries. Took the bag and left. When we started eating, we noticed the fountain drink was flat, the green chili cheese fries had no green chili and very little cheese, and the burger was soggy.
