This is my first time going to this Blake's, and it was an unpleasant experience, very rude unprofessional. I ordered a combo, and my burger was messy and wet. I order chili with it and they put nothing but chili juice all over my burger suck and messy the little girl that slammed my burger on the table.She needs customer service experience.Not polite overall when I went there there was nobody there that should be a good clue.Nobody wants to go to a rude place to eat. And their food sucks messy burger, but the good thing was the soda was good because they didn't cook it.

Best burger I've had in a while. Nice thick slices of fresh cut tomatoes and onions. Hamburger was obviously hand made rather than a frozen patty. Fries were freshly cut. Overall it was a great meal and the counter person was pleasant and professional. Price was good by today's standards.

So who do I get in contact with about the female manager who threw change into my window hitting my dog going all over? Cash was handed off fine I guess but then coins were aggressive! All because I hadn’t moved my car up enough for Y’all? Also the gentleman at the window shouting that they’re behind because of me when I…I just ordered?
Anyways. The number doesn’t answer and corporate either so what do I do/who do I get with on this matter?

Great food! Staff was friendly, professional, and the food was excellent!!
If you are on break please do not come to this blakes. It took 20 minutes to get my Itsa burger meal. When my food finally arrived i received the wrong meal! Horrible service and just not worth the time. Caleb needs a re training on customer service. Better yet give it to all the employees.

Blake's has continually gotten worse over the years, the past few times i have ordered a breakfast burrito WITH chile I never receive the chile. For the price of their burritos not worth it anymore. And fast food place workers want $20 an hour and can't follow simple orders.

This is what I ordered. Instead, I only got one of the two burgers and it had green chili which I did NOT order. Also forgot the grilled onions, added the mustard when I specifically added NO mustard and added Ketchup. Didnt get the ketchup. I know it was busy in the druve thru but I ordered this at 8pm to pick up 8:30pm they had PLEANTY of time to ensure my order was correct. Will NOT be ordering again from any Blakes.

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered a lotacombo waited for 20 minutes parked my car and went inside to see what was taking so long if I hadn’t already paid would have left but the guy in front lobby says they are taking your food to the window. If I could have posted pictures of how bad the burger and fries were I would have Got home with the food couldn’t even eat have of the the food worst burger and fries ever.
