A beautiful, clean dining area and food was good. Service was very slow and staff were friendly. Stale hotdog bun but good hotdog. Preparation was needing improvement. Will go again.

Review for Blake’s Lotaburger (Atrisco & Central):
Stopped in for a quick lunch and thought I’d grab the “It’s Burger” meal — listed at $8.95. I asked for it New Mexico style (green chile & cheese), swapped mayo for mustard, regular fries, and a Dr. Pepper.
The total? $20.85.
I had to double-check the screen to make sure I didn’t accidentally order burgers for the whole parking lot. A couple of add-ons shouldn’t cost more than the actual meal. That’s not an upgrade — that’s a stickup.
I canceled and drove over to Monte Carlo, where for less money I got a real half-pound burger with fresh-cut fries. Bigger, fresher, and without the highway-robbery pricing.

Since the new owners took over, the name Blakes doesn't mean anything any longer. Smaller, dry burgers, FROZEN patties dropped directly on to a searing hot griddle, and of course, the breakfast burritos that contain enough salt to meet your weekly allowance for sodium in one breakfast. Go Golden Pride, or even better, Stripes for your breakfast burritos. For burgers, you can't get much worse.
