This store renewed my faith in Blakes since I had a horrible experience at the Golf Course and Paseo store. The burrito was insane and the staff were helpful and polite. Good job 👏 👍

My meal would not have tasted so badly had I not had to pay for it twice! Placed an order online so it would be ready when I got there, paid it online also. Got there and was told they didn't get my order. Had to reorder and pay again so I could get back to work not starving . Staff was 100% unhelpful and clueless. The manager pretended he credited my card and didn't 4th and candelaria will never visit this location again and that sucks cuz it's 3 mins from my office

I spent 32 minutes in the drive thru before getting my order. All the burritos were very skinny and cold. Other Blake restaurants in town would never do this to you. Do not come here!

Food is fresh- service was excellent. There was this young man who was very courteous, friendly and respectful. I'm elderly - he was very courteous.

I have 30 minutes for my lunch break, I don't need the afternoon crew high and screwing around. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for my food. In an empty restraunt. Twice. And they got my order wrong the same number of times.

Got there. Ordered my food, they gave me the wrong order first go around. Then I go around again, 2nd time someone else's order. 3rd time I went inside and the lady had an attitude with me when they gave me the wrong order twice. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Don't recommend coming to this Blake's location. They'll give you someone else's food

Great burger not counting the stale bun. This happens too often.

I waited for 1 hour in drive through for 2 hamburgers are you kidding me who do u guys have working for you guys that was a horrible experience and I had my 5 yr old daughter with me too. no one updates to why it’s taking long or anything I could see the guys totally just avoiding looking at me just horsing around inside without a care

Blake‘s Lotaburger on Paradise and Universe is fantastic. The shift manager Tim is a very polite young man and gives excellent service. I showed up at the last minute while they were trying to close and they completely accommodated me. Excellent food, excellent service… can’t say enough good about these guys that work the closing shift on Sunday nights you go Tim and your team. God bless you!

Went to Ventana Ranch - Paradice Blvd restaurant - for the first time about four weeks ago. I heard this place was supposed to have good burgers. Waited about 25 minutes. Burger was cold. I think it had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Complained and the kid took the hamburger and told me it was not really cold (real snotty attitude).
Tonight, I thought I would give them another try (yeah, stupid me). Went to the drive thru, was second in line. I waited 16 minutes and got out of line and left (no food). I mentioned this to my neighbor. He said: oh, no one in the neighborhood goes to that place.
These guys need to wise up. They just built a McDonalds a block away. Even if they think their burger is better than McD - it's not when it is cold and it certainly is not better if you drive out without one.

Cold food, order wrong, and horrible service. Thirty dollars for two people I would recommend five guys.

Egg prices are down by over 50%. I encourage no one to purchase breakfast until you decide to stop over charging! RIDICULOUS!
