We had ordered twice and they still messed up and got everything wrong never goin here again

The quality of this store has gone down…. $11 for a burrito and a drink?? surcharge for eggs is still ongoing, when the price of eggs have gone down. 😒 I ordered a bacon burrito and received it pretty dry, when it was supposed to be ‘christmas.’ Instantly regret stopping here to get food. ☹️

This place has never gets my order right. Love Blake's but this store sucks.

Just BAD AGAIN! We keep giving this location the benefit but they continue to earn a negative review!! We pay higher prices for shotty service! Well you will no longer get our services! Good luck woosers!!

Personally love going to this location, they never seem too disappoint and the employees dont either. I love the customer service done by Max, always very talkative and helpful. He remembers my name and knows im a regular. Ill recommend this location over any other locations.

Prioritizing drive -thru over the dine in. I order a burrito in the drive took It home to find out it was the wrong burrito lucky I only lived 5 mins away, so I drive back to have it fix but was waiting for almost 30 mins for them to correct this mistake. I really don’t understand why this location takes forever. You’ll spend all day here waiting for your food. This is unacceptable and seems to be a trend with this restaurant chain. The food is okay but not worth waiting. What’s the point of ordering online and waiting for ever in the drive thru?

Every time I order from this Blake they mess up or forget something on my order. I continue to give it another chance since it’s closer than the one in Rio Rancho. It is ridiculous how many times I’ve been to this location, and each time something is missing from my bag or my food is messed up. Bunch of young kids who aren’t there to work!

Took 45 minutes to make my food with only 2 other people in the room and the workers half way through makeing my food went outside and started vapeing.

I recently stopped at the Blake’s Lotaburger in Ventana Ranch off Paradise to buy a two piece kids meal chicken and the person who came over the drive-through. I now know his name is Quentin, but I didn’t then was the epitome of professionalism. That was the best customer service I had had in quite some time and I frequent that restaurant because I live in the neighborhood and it’s quick and easy and close by so when I go there and I ask for something in particular and one person does it and then I go back the next time and the other person has no idea what I’m talking about and then I go the next time and then the next person says yeah we don’t do that anymore. I just can’t even fathom how one thing causes three people to do something different but this Quentin person, even though he wasn’t familiar with what I was asking, he went above and beyond to find out what it was I was actually asking him to do and completed that task with flying Colors so anytime I go through that drive-through or the next time that I do, I’ll be asking what is the shift that Quentin works on because that’s the kind of customer service that I want especially in a day and time we’re getting good customer service from these young people is like pulling teeth so I was very appreciative. Whoever trained him Did an awesome job

I found a long long hair cut in my burger the burger was cold and so was the fries my sodo was water down worse expensive ever
