I ordered a breakfast burrito this morning. A number two sausage with green. There was four little tiny pieces of sausage in my burrito, and they were all bunched up. At one end. The burrito mostly hashbrowns and the eggs were also crammed up at one end of the burrito. It seems like every time I get these burritos they don’t even disperse the ingredients and one has egg and the other end has hash brown. The burritos taste good, but you need to improve the way they are put together. And include more sausage and more bacon.!!

They are SLOW. After calling in an online order and driving to pick it up, I still had to wait 20 minutes. USE CAUTION IF YOU WANT FAST FOOD. FROM BLAKES.*** Made another visit today at 9am. Guess what? They were OUT of Coffee. Imagine that, no Coffee at 9am. Unexcusable....

I took one bite of my carne asada burrito and swear it tasted like a fart smells. The coffee was "really strong", which by this, I mean it tasted like they haven't cleaned the pot in a while. Maybe it was just an off day or some bad eggs, but I wouldn't recommend it.
DO NOT GO TO THE BLAKES ON PARADISE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! You all don't deserve one star! I went today 3-2-24 and got overcharged! The kid in the drive thru argued with me. He told me that there are no more combos and they have to charge each item separately. I showed him the price on the menu (see pictures) and he still told me there's no combos. If this is true then you all need to update your menus!

We prefer other brands but it's the closest to our home and in a hurry have gone here and every time it's been a sorry experience. The service is extremely slow. If you order multiple things they serve some of the items cold since they can't seem to coordinate the cooking times. If you order regular fries you may get seasoned ones (not what you wanted) - guess it's whatever was in the fry basket, why bother cooking new ones for a customer. I did the customer survey once and spoke to a lady who said because things went so badly they would refund some of our money. That was months ago and I've never seen a penny from them.
