Blake's Lotaburger

This is absolutely the worst drink I have ever received, and I truly don’t even know what I paid for. It’s full to top with ice and to top that off, there’s literally almost no cold full on top This is supposed to be a signature cold brew… Places like this literally make you never want to order at any fast food, place.

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito. I had to leave before I got my food

Both Dennis and Frank are doing an excellent job managing this location. I am always impressed with Blakes, but I observed them to be very attentive to customers and working hard to accommodate unexpected needs

Mostly I’m just doing this review to update the menu photo uploaded by another user. I’m not sure how old it is but the prices are pretty different. This place is what you would expect from a fast food place ran by high schoolers, I’m not sure why other reviews seem to be expecting so much more. I ordered the Lota burger and seasoned fries. The fries taste exactly like Arby’s curly fries, it actually surprised me how similar in flavor they were. The burger was pretty good, the green chilies were a nice touch and added a bit of heat which was nice. The real difference between here and other burger places was the bun, not sure what they are but in my local area in Utah there is a place with the same classic soft bun. I spent 15 dollars which seemed high but, what doesn’t these days.

I used the Online Ordering feature on Blake's website. It was ordering from the San Antonio location in the NE heights. The delivery driver was late, handed me the someone else's order, (GENE R.) and when I stopped him, he said my order was stolen by the previous driver and I would have to contact the store for a refund. I didn't accept Gene's order though it was offered to me. And when I called the store on San Pedro, no one picks up. I'm placed on hold for about 2 minutes, then get disconnected with a busy signal. I then called the corporate office, and was pushed to voicemail. It's sad to see an ABQ mainstay has turned into such terrible service.

The lady who usually works the drive through in the morning is so rude. I saw her working this morning but thank goodness I did not have to speak to her. Other than that I ordered online a bacon burrito (no chile, extra bacon, extra eggs) and received a sausage burrito with green chile. Paid $10 for a burrito I won’t be able to eat. And don’t even bother trying to get on the phone with them, they will hang up the phone once the bot tries to transfer you. This place is only about a mile away from my work but honestly it’s better to drive further and out of my way to not eat here again.

On January 23rd 2026 at 11am I went through the drive through and ordered breakfast and a pepsi with easy ice. I was handed my bag and the pepsi and asked her if this was easy.Ice and she said yes. I told the girl at drivethru that this doesn't feel like easy Ice and she explained to tell me it's because of the scooper... really! That's your excuse...shame on you for poor service girl. She should have stated, I will replace the drink with what you ordered and provided me with a new drink with easy Ice...I don't want a whole bunch of ice like what they usually provide and barely any pepsi... If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have told her that I want a different drink with easy ice but I'd figured I'd do a google review instead

Went to the San Antonio location was great except the no parking of cars when I tell you the line was so long it made a couple cars just leave the parking system they had before made a lot more sense. My food could have been better seemed to be thrown together kind of sloppy I did however make a very nice pleasant friend she said her name was Ida when I asked she was so nice and polite and made sure my experience was good I would go back to this location just for her I also remember without noticing at the time she said thank you my name and have a good day very friendly unlike some of those people working who look miserable all the time SO THANK YOU IDA FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
