My experience was horrible here. I was polite to the cashier (Edwardo) but they were quite rude to me, I asked about the wait time and they practically yelled at me, I saw that they were throwing the door dash orders onto the counter, as well when I finally received my order it was small and the bacon was burnt, and my hash browns were so hard. I was not satisfied with my experience at this blakes lotaburger.
I don't recommend coming here, you're better off making food at home. Or getting McDonald's, one star food, one star experience overall. Do better.

The young lady in the front was not the nicest had a huge attitude, I understand that it's Sunday and busy, I got there at around 10-30 waited 6-7 minutes to order. When I did I waited around 30 for my 3 item order burritos, the manager was kind and she did help speed up our order after I had asked about it and the young lady in the front snapped at me saying it would be a wait I told you that, and she had not like I said I understand it's busy but there's no reason to be rude.

We came by here a couple of weeks ago and got an itsa carne adovada burrito and it was very good. Today we went by and got 3 and they were all tortilla with almost no meat. We definitely won't do this again. Taco Cabana will easily take your place.

They had my order wrong and argued with me that it was right and when they finally listened that I had a #5 and not a #1 she rolled her eyes at me and acted like it was a huge problem and slamed the window on me then had me park in a space to wait for the right one when I called it in 30 minutes before hand

Food is decent but do not go through the drive through you will wait forever (for one burger and thats it) and thats no exaggeration!.Im pretty sure they need a new system

I ordered on line. They didn't get my order right and when I tried calling them to let them know about it, they wouldn't answer their phone and were no longer making breakfast so they were unable to replace my breakfast burrito that they messed up on

If you're like me and immensely enjoy rude drive thru women and waiting half an hour for two burritos, this is the spot!

There was only 2 ppl working there this morning.line was crazy! But the ppl there did an awesome job handling the rush and food was great as usual. Thank you!
