Took my mom to eat lunch the service was good they were fast and the food was good as always the only complaint I had was the lota burger was so small I remember when they were big the one we got used to be the one after the lota burger that was disappointment

Absolutely dirty and disgusting to a point being illegal! Ive seriously never seen a dirtier make table or grill! Go to a different Blake's. They let fried chicken and buns rest on the bare make table for several minutes. That's how you cross contaminate to your veggies and condiments

It's conveniently located from the hotel. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. This restaurant still has that old time mom and pop family burger joint feel it's a definite classic type vibe. It's about being realistic this is not a mall high end burger based restaurant or a high end bistro somewhere. The food was well prepared hot and delicious. I always like to support a local business. It's about ten bucks for lunch it's good value for the money.

My mom and I are native New Mexicans and of course we decided we wanted a Blake's lotaburger with Hatch Green Chile. I got the lotaburger meal and she got the double patty itsabuger meal. When i entered the establishment i was asked if i needed help, i said "yeah i'm here to pick up an order" and proceeded to give her the confirmation number i received when i ordered our meals online and one of the employees started making comments about never hearing about a confirmation number, making her look utterly ignorant which i'm sure she's oblivious to as well. And apparently the Lotaburgers and Itsaburgers are the same size now. My mom ordered a double patty itsaburger while i ordered a single patty lotaburger and her cheeseburger was bigger than mine! But my mom's ended up having no chile at all. 1 star for not hacking up a hairball on our food. $22 down the drain.

Ordered burgers instead of breakfast, 40 minutes later still nothing. Went and asked what was going on and the burgers were not even on the grill yet. The cook decides to yell saying I'm doing breakfast not your burgers. Very rude. Do not ever eat here. Her eggs were as runny as her mouth.

Your automated answering system is horrible. I will never talk to your machine ever again. I will call burritos into a human somewhere else. A human can never be replaced by a computer. Very disappointed. But the food is always great. Phone rang for 10 minutes at the store no answer.

Blake's is a new mexico staple for a reason. It's one of the best burger joints in the state. Do yourself a favor and eat here your stomach will thank you.
Got food that was hours old. Never again. Called to get a refund and was put on a continuous hold.Just spoke with corporate.I want my money back and a manager needs to contact me. I have left my contact with corporate and someone needs to call me back.
