The worst blakes I've ever been to. Rude service, speaker not working, messed up order, and gave hassle making it right

Literally go to any other Blake’s. Or not Blake’s at all. I work close to here and have been here a lot over the last year. They consistently get my order wrong or leave out items and it’s not even difficult. The other day I stood at the window to order, no other cars around or people waiting for food. I waited for at least 3-5 minutes while two workers just stood there talking and didn’t even acknowledge I was there so I left and went somewhere else. I no longer go here because the service and workers has been so awful and inconsistent.

They closed THIS ONE!? BEST BURGERS I’ve had at a Blake’s in years! Probably BECAUSE of the health violations! Damnit! Y’all gotta reopen this joint. Best burger joints are always nasty. Who DOESN’T know this??!

I had the lotaburger with cheese and bacon. Was good except for the bun itself. Bun was cold and the texture/freshness seem dated.

I've been coming to this location since I was a child and I hope it doesn't go away. The people are always kind and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing. Yes, there's traffic noise but it's not insane. This is an experience that needs to be had once in a person's life.

The service was good but there is no drive thru window and the walk up menu is on a screen behind a window and incredibly difficult to see.

The window attendant was very polite. The weight was very short. The food was excellent. The breakfast burrito was juicy, there was a good amount of scrambled egg. There was just enough green sauce.

I had a wonderful experience Lawrence was helpful fast and courteous really made my Rush hour slow down a little bit you have to come check Lawrence out

Always fresh always pretty quick and the OG building serves it up my friends<3
