Had to pop on here and say that Nesla truly is a blessing to customer service and the management is lucky to have her working with them!

Usually have super good food from here but
Bad service, rude cashier
No reciept + jamming the card swiper in my face
Got my food as I was on the way to work, its just a completely different item than what i ordered- I ordered a chicken sandwich, green chile sauce and no pickles, and got a burger I can't even have because it has pickles and mustard! And the meat was ice cold.

Not a fun experience whatsoever I just wanred my chicken sandwich.

I wish they always had the fish tho

I've waited 35 minutes for an order and they proceeded to finish the lobbies before they even worked on the drive-thru order. Three cars were waited ahead of me and they were waiting longer and when I got my food The fries weren't even filled. Everything was cold every worker there had an expression of anger and disappointment. If they don't like working there, they should choose another line of work

This had to be strike three for the Lotaburger franchise in my book. I've repeatedly been disappointed every time I visit one of their locations and this time was the last straw. For my money I'll continue to go to Whataburger. Their Double Green chile Whataburger combo is two dollars less and at that price, comes with two slices of cheese. Whereas the Lotaburger New Mexico style does not. As a matter of fact on this last visit, it appeared to only have half a slice. Lotaburger has not been what it used to be after they were sold and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

I ordered a #1 burrito with chopped green chili and a large seasoned fries. When i got home i opened my burrito to add salt and My burrito hardly had any green chili but maybe a couple of pieces. Not even enough to get some in each bit more like 1 bite. Plus I had to already wait in the drive thru and by the time I got to the window, I was asked to wait even longer for my fries. So I parked. Waited 5 more minutes. When I got my fries they were already cold. Like they have been sitting out not just freshly cooked. The centers were still cold. Im very disappointed with my visit today.

Plastic in my burger. Looked like a glove or tape cut into the lettuce. Chicken very greasy. I did get a refund

The worstest it's a burger combo and it's a burger I've ever ate and look like they put it in the microwave for like 5 minutes really disappointed that's messed up unprofessional 20 bucks for the trash 😪

I go to this Blake's Monday through Friday morning.. the manager that normally opens already knows my order the moment she sees me ... Saves me a few minutes since I don't have to tell her what I want... And always gets it correct ... I just love coming to this location.. next time I stop by I'll get her name so I can actually give the credit to her ...

This place is beyond pathetic. “Fast food”? More like “wait forever for garbage.” Over 40 minutes for cold, slapped-together burgers that weren’t even made right. We paid for bacon — no bacon. We asked them NOT to add certain things — they dumped them on anyway like they were doing it on purpose.

And the ketchup situation? TWO sad little packets for TWO burgers and TWO LARGE fries. Are y’all running a restaurant or running a joke? Do the math — even toddlers know that doesn’t add up.

The staff clearly doesn’t care, can’t follow simple instructions, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. If this is the standard, corporate should just shut this location down and save everyone the embarrassment.

Pathetic service, pathetic food, pathetic everything. Go anywhere else unless you enjoy paying for disappointment.

Have ordered from the Carlisle store 27 online for pick up at 615 am for a pickup at 630. This is the second time I didn't get my food because even though they take orders and say they open at 6 am they wouldn't open their doors for me to get my order. The day before I had to wait outside and multiple ppl to waive down someone in the store to get them to unlock the doors at 640. This time I saw ppl inside but no one would open. Online on their website has no way to refund and they just ignore your call at that site
