I go to this Blake's Monday through Friday morning.. the manager that normally opens already knows my order the moment she sees me ... Saves me a few minutes since I don't have to tell her what I want... And always gets it correct ... I just love coming to this location.. next time I stop by I'll get her name so I can actually give the credit to her ...

This place is beyond pathetic. “Fast food”? More like “wait forever for garbage.” Over 40 minutes for cold, slapped-together burgers that weren’t even made right. We paid for bacon — no bacon. We asked them NOT to add certain things — they dumped them on anyway like they were doing it on purpose.

And the ketchup situation? TWO sad little packets for TWO burgers and TWO LARGE fries. Are y’all running a restaurant or running a joke? Do the math — even toddlers know that doesn’t add up.

The staff clearly doesn’t care, can’t follow simple instructions, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. If this is the standard, corporate should just shut this location down and save everyone the embarrassment.

Pathetic service, pathetic food, pathetic everything. Go anywhere else unless you enjoy paying for disappointment.

Have ordered from the Carlisle store 27 online for pick up at 615 am for a pickup at 630. This is the second time I didn't get my food because even though they take orders and say they open at 6 am they wouldn't open their doors for me to get my order. The day before I had to wait outside and multiple ppl to waive down someone in the store to get them to unlock the doors at 640. This time I saw ppl inside but no one would open. Online on their website has no way to refund and they just ignore your call at that site

This place is the most awful and the most disgusting place I have ever been. Bloody and dirty tables. With hair on all of them. Floors were black. The the restrooms were even worst! I could have had my son pee outside the joint. it was so bad in that restroom. And the smell inside the building. 🤮 I could have left but other family already purchased their food. So we ordered and ate outside in the vehicle than eat inside this horrible place. I've had to tell the cashier 5 times about my order. 2 lotta combos and a kids meal. 5th time I said veeeryyy slow which was so akward.

Great customer service , ordered 6 burritos in the middle of what seemed like there busy time , took longer then i’d like but manager apologized for the wait and offered a friendly smile .. food was great ! love yalls green chili 🌶️

Went in and paid 18$ for a burger with onion rings and a drink. Drove all the way home and took a bite out of my burger, and the bacon was COMPLETELY raw. So I drove all the way back , and when I tell the rude manager with drawn on eyebrows, she doesn’t even look at the burger doesn’t even apologize for the raw bacon ,
The only thing she tells me ? “you’re only getting a refund for the burger” Giving me an attitude as if I’m trying to get free food. so even though I paid 18$ for a burger with raw bacon and a few burnt onion rings , I was refunded $11.00 back. Thanks miserable employees of Lakes on Carlisle. Thanks for making an already miserable night for me even worse. What a worthless manager .

Terrible service on Sundays. I sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up an order placed through the Lotaburger app 15 minutes before I got there. Very, very, very slow. Maybe people they were depending on didn’t come to work and they were struggling to fill orders? Whatever was going on, it was a mess. Employees seemed either clueless or like they didn’t care. I haven’t had problems on other days of the week. Not the first time on a Sunday I’ve experience this there. I’ll never go back on a Sunday.

How is it that This location went from being really good at delivering their food in a quick and timely manner to having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hamburger and fries? When all you have to do is place the patty on the grill press lots or itsa press a button put fries in the fryer and press the timer. 3 minutes and 50 seconds on fries and at least the same amount on the patties. But somehow an order that should take bare minimum 7 minutes is twice the amount. And they weren't even busy so that's not even an excuse as an ex employee I'm upset to see the standards have dropped so low when we got in trouble for what is currently happening.
