I ordered a #4 no eggs and green. Order was repeated back correctly. When I got to my destination I discovered it was with eggs (which i absolutely cannot eat) and no chile.

Fast service without sacrifice of quality. Yes, it's technically fast food, too, but it Blake's. Iykyk. Shout out to Edgar for the BEST strawberry cheesecake shake in town!

Horrible service. Flat soda. Cold burgers. Hot fries. We arrived in drive thru @ 8:10 we didn't get our cold burgers until 8:45. Hire better workers and better shift leaders. The manager Risa was trying to fix everything on her own and taking orders at the same time.

It has a drive thru!!!!! Love that. The crew were a little disorganized, not very friendly!!! But there is a drive thru at this location!!!

Burned for almost $20 then kicked out when I tried to look for my receipt

I ordered on line You were supposed to charge me $21 you charged me $30 I called the number on the site its forwarded the recording says the number doesn't exist so this is how you treat your customer you rip them off i am going to leave this review so people know your dishonest

I don't know why everytime I come to this specific blakes all the workers seem so miserable. Typically I go to the one down the road on Candelaria cause they are always A1, but they were closed. But this blakes always has the worst customer service. I typically give them the benefit of the doubt due to the workers just being teenagers without much real world experience yet. But I've decided to leave a review this time around due to the fact that at approximately 8:33 AM July 28th 2024, I picked up a mobile order from here, told the girl my name at the drive through speaker(she already sounded like she didn't want to be there), afterward I recieved my food and said thank you, the window was shut in my face without so much as a "you're welcome". I knew this blakes would be this way which is why I went with a mobile order so I didn't have to talk to the rude workers here. Foods good though when my order isn't wrong.

Basically just go to the Candelaria location where the are actually awesome and don't get upset because they have to do a job they applied for.

The drive thru lady spilled my drink on me and was reluctant to give me any extra napkins to clean up spilled soda on myself and my car. Also no ketchup included when asked.

They were closed 2 hours early

Great location! I made an order for pickup on the app and it was presented fresh right when I walked in. Leslie was very nice and made sure I had napkins, straws, and ketchup before I left.
