Dude working on the 29th of January 2026 was very cool
Me and two coworkers come here at least once or twice a week and never have a bad experience. We are the whipped cream ladies 😂 everyone is friendly and the drinks are delish
Went at 5pm and there was no parking. Parked all the way on the other side of the strip mall. Walked over and they said it was closed. The sign said it closed at 7pm. Ridiculous.
Every one of the places ran by this company uses too Much Ice, most of the drink is Ice, and their drinks just arent that good when compared to other boba places. Theyre basically trying to become the Starbucks of boba, and I am not down for that... There are better options and I'm sick of seeing them crop up everywhere that I want boba. I also dont like how limited their menu is, and theyre cheap about how much boba they give you... Not impressed, stop going to this boba place wherever you are.

I’ve been coming to Boba Tea Company when it was out of Noble Bookstore. I love this places! Although prices have really increased due to inflation, it’s nice to treat yourself to a sweet treat every now and then.

I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I waited over 30 minutes for a single drink, only to be told my order was lost in the system — with no apology. There was only one employee managing a busy store, which is not fair to customers or staff. For a business charging $9 per drink, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address your staffing and service issues.
