EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been going there for YEARS and have never experienced such poor customer service. I walk in at 6:48pm and they tell me they can’t serve me. Other clients came in behind me and were not also served. I ask them why if they close at 7pm and both of the girls stay silent.

They squeezed me in last minute which was kind of them however! I had asked for my drink to be dairy free and less sweet. Unfortunately I literally died. I laid myself to rest in a casket of lactose. Rip me.

They were totally rude to me. I was trying to use the self check out and couldn’t figure it out. They totally ignored me when I ask them to help take my order And they took somebody else in front of me. What a rude experience when I’m trying to indulge. I left without any

Prices are a bit high but boba was decent. Pretty quick service, got our boba <5 minutes after ordering despite it being busy

Would have been nice to be able to go to the restroom while we were there. Sorry but when I spend 32 dollars in an established I expect to be able to us a restroom. I was told they had no restroom.

Isabella is such a great employee from her vibes to her work ethic! She never misses when it come to our order & she’s such a sweet and welcoming person which makes all the difference!

In sorry I’m not one to complain but I was super dissatisfied & dissapointed they were out of boba ? and I ordered the lady dragon but blender only because the cashier suggested it but did notLike the presentation w/o cold foam and boba

My first Boba experience and it was awesome! Good location, excellent worker (she still served us and brought us drinks even though building was in lockdown mode). Kudos to her, also for assisting in my drink choice.

I have been coming here for years and have NEVER been disappointed! Friendly and quick service everytime! I mean you have to give these boba tea makers some credit because there is usually only one or at max two of them ever in there running the whole store! I order a “cabana boy” which is no longer on the menu and it always satisfies my taste buds. Love boba tea and this location!!
