I have not been here for a couple of years. I’ve tasted many different boba teas. This company taste artificial & bland. I’m particular about how different beverages & food tastes. TO ME the Thai tea w/regular boba tasted like coffee creamer. My brother’s drink tasted like fruit punch because it was fruity & sweet. I’m never getting boba tea from this company. I’ll supper local authentic businesses such as Native Boba Tea in ABQ,NM.

The people that work there are incompetent and not friendly at all. We went there based on the last time and got the same drink and asked for a second cup so we could split it, they said no we can’t do that. Even though last time we asked for same order and an empty cup so we could split it and they had no problem doing it. The only difference is that it was different people not woke people like this time.

Went for my birthday drink and the 1st tea I had made for me was too sweet and the girl Mia was so kind when she remade it and explained why it could have been sweeter with the cream and even offered alternatives. She went out of her way to make sure it was right even with how busy it was.

If you thought tipping culture is out of control, wait till you try this place. They setup self checkout stations for you to do all the “work” and guess what. At the end of the transaction it asks you for a tip. There is not a 0 amount on the screen either and the tips start at 20% 25% and 30%! You have to click on other amount enter 0 and then it will finish the transaction. What I’ve noticed is when you don’t tip you can see it in the quality of your drinks. I.e little to no boba, sloppy, etc. stay away from this place! Not recommended!

Four employees were working. They blended our drinks, left them sitting, and went to the back to talk. I asked, “Are you going to make our drinks”? The blond lady replied extremely rudely with attitude, “Yes,” and I said, “Okay, I was just curious because they’re just sitting there and you’re talking,” and she replied, “Okay, and?”
While Niall was completing our drinks, all three girls went to the back to talk and walked back out before I left, laughing and giving me dirty looks.
I want to praise Niall, who took the initiative, finished our drinks, and was highly professional.

Took my son for his first Boba Tea and he loved it. He got a coffee and I tried it, very good. I'm not into the jelly garbage in the bottom of my drink but my 8 year old is and he was happy. Service was friendly and quick.
