Rolled up in the Drive-Thru, order was not up to par, the only nice person was the drive-thru attendant and her name was Nizhoni. I got looks from the cooks in the back, as well as, a timid mannerism from the manager. I always look forward to Bob's, but the service was shitty, unfortunately.

Without a doubt this is my favorite burger on the planet. I recommend the combo A double patty, with red chile cheese fries. If I could change anything it would be the quality on the iced tea. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍. PS. Every single worker there was friendly and had a smile on their face.

August 2025. The Tacoburgers were satisfactory. While the tacos were somewhat compact and presented some challenges in terms of neatness, they were enjoyable. Despite the positive aspects of this visit, the previous negative experience remains a factor. Consequently, the rating will not be adjusted. I avoided purchasing the water and instead opted for Speedway, located nearby.
June 2025 The price of $2.45 for a small fountain water seems rather high, especially since the customer was not made aware of the charge beforehand. I do not anticipate returning to this establishment in the future.

There was no customers when we arrived. The guy asked to take our order. After we asked if he could hold on a bit we weren't ready he didn't answer us. We decided to leave without ordering food. We went up the street to Blake's!!!

This is a tough one. Total fast food, comes out quick, but the lady up front needs lots of work on her customer service skills. My husband has never been there so we went. Ordered a unsweetened tea hoping for a pink.or yellow or blue sweetener packet . After I got the tea itches realized they do not have sweetener. Anyhow my husband asked for a refill at the end and THEY CHARGE. She could have stated.. we do charge for refills normally, but I will do it this time. Anyhow , one and done. You can get a burger, fries, and a drink combo with a side and free refills at Chillis. Go there! Oh and by the way, I even tipped this lady! She should finesse just a tiny bit.
