Guys! I came here at 4:45 on Friday with no one in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby and ordered one meal. Just one regular meal and it took over 20 minutes to make. Over 20 minutes. That is just absolutely absurd. There is no reason it should ever take that long for anything. It's an embarrassment. Every other Bob's burgers location is way better than that. Don't waste your time here.

I'm customer who wanted a hot meal and Everytime I order my food something is wrong. Is not the customer fault... We spending money to make y'all a pay check. Cold burgers and Sloppy Dogs doesn't make me happy. Employee needs more training Because a Customer shall always be first and a employee shall do what ever they can to make the customer happy. Not threatening the customer because they had issue in the past. Is this customer giving chances to get it right. 👀

Just came to visit Albuquerque for the first time today for the large hot air balloon festival along with see family. I went to Bob’s burger for my first stop. I spoke with a beautiful person named LeAnne (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) and asked for some good recommendations. Leanne was super helpful!! She knew a lot of the items off the bat from menu ! She even asked questions regarding my own preference taste preference. I like spicy food so the green chile she recommended was right up my alley. She was amazing! If I was a secret shopper, she would pass with flying colors and get a double raise and bonus.. it was almost closing yet the customers service Leanne provided was top notch !! Thank you Leanne ! I can clearly hard work and dedication and I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed. The came out great - very fresh!! That green chile is awesome ! Definitely would recommend her and this location.

Myself and everyone I know will not be returning to this location. Staff is horrible including manager on shift right now. What happened to customer service these days? So unprofessional. This is how you loose business because of the people you hire.
The best location in town when it comes to speed of service. Tuesday when its normally packed, maybe 4 cars before me but only less than 5 minutes from order till I got my food.
