Best fast food in NM.It is a fast food place, so remember this. It will smell like all other fast food places, too.People are always kind. The service has recently been a tad faster (godsend as Bobs is known for super slow service) and I'm always treated well by the workers. Food is always fresh and my family and I love the new Apple Bites.This is the only fast food restaurant I eat, since I usually cannot stand fast food.

You have to pay more to order online, which equates to preferred pick up. Yet, the only time that ever happens is when the senior store manager is there. Why then am I paying more for an easier job?The girl at the counter was an absolute garbage pale of a human being. Her attitude matched the store; dirty, muggy, with the smell of salt and broken dreams. And then, come to find out, the store is closing. Shocker. It's not all her fault though, the other 5 employees hiding in the kitchen reeking like burnt fentanyl probably didn't help either. Good riddance, bring back Griff's.

Ordered online picked up order everything was made completely wrong sad part the employee repeated my order back but the order in the bag was wrong none of the tacos had chili when i asked for extra chili and paid for extra no response from store when called continuously ringing and no answer what's up with customer service lately smh won't be visiting this located again this isn't the first time either sadly have to travel farther because of the service

I'll never eat there again. They have good food. I ordered onion rings with my burger, I got 3 onion rings at a cost of over $3. When I questioned this they told me "we weigh them" What?! I ate the burger, handed back the onion rings and left. I figured they needed them pretty bad if they weigh them. Good grief!
