Went there this past Saturday, it was loud because it was slow and all of the workers were teenagers messing around and laughing and being loud, so loud that the cashier that seemed to be new struggled to hear me. Ordered a large strawberry shake and was told all they have is cherry, vanilla and banana? Waited for my food, they forgot the shake and then gave me a small strawberry shake? Then took my food home and I was missing some other items. I noticed the girl preparing the chili dogs burn a bun because she was too busy engaging with the laughter and fun with the other co-workers.
This place used to be great, I don't know what happened but I won't be going to this location anymore. Its a shame too because its a newer location and has some cool stuff in it but these kids working there ruin the whole atmosphere. I guess its hard to get good help these days so people just hire whoever they can.

Absolutely aweful. Every time I never get my complete order. Example: I ordered 9 taco burgers, 3 fries and an order of chicken taquitos. Get home..no taquitos. Example: ordered 6 taco burgers, 1 chili dog & 3 fries. Get home…only have 4 taco burgers not 6. Example: order 2 chili cheese fries, 1 regular fry, 2 orders of onion rings. Get home…no regular fries. Do not recommend. (Also all these events were over the past 3-4 months)

The assistant manger was rude, the store never get my order right. The don’t take peoples food allergies serious. The kids they hire do not listen when taking orders. When I spoke to manager she was asked for my ticket number and I had to repeat my self three times. She is not very professional at all. Now I’m out 34.00 dollars course everything has cheese.

I’m only giving 4 stars because they will nickel and dime you for every item on your order. I easily spend $20+ on one meal, for myself, but it’s hard to say it’s not worth it. I usually ask for an extra side of cheese and green chile, and I don’t think they should charge as much as they do (almost $2/side), but if it keeps them in business I’m all for it! I’ve been a faithful Bob’s Burgers customer for my whole 34 years of life and probably always will be. You don’t get the kind of loyalty I know them to have from being mediocre.
