It was blah. My burger looked like was a pancake reject. It was flat enough. The fries were fine but I only get to have 1 or 2 burgers a year and it just was not worth. I had the Rancho burger. It is a classic but it failed to live up to the hype.

Had ordered a taco burger combo with nacho cheese fries and the gave me a small piece of slice cheese which it wasn’t even any cheese at all very disappointing to come home to this I did call but nobody answered my order number was 375 12/29/2025 6:19pm

On Friday december 19th at approximately 5:05 pm I ordered my food at the front window and there was a strong odor of Marijuana smoke inside the building. I told the girl that was taking my order and she didn't seem to care. When I got home and opened my bag, there was a strong odor of marijuana in my food, that is very unprofessional and any business should not be run like this. I will never go back there again. I will be calling management.

Ordered some food at the location on rio bravo and isleta & it was honestly so disgusting. The lettuce on the taco burgers tasted old & the shells were soggy. The French fries were old and hard. They literally put a slice of cheese and a small amount of chile. They were out of soda. I spent over $45 & it was a completely waste of money. None of us finished our food. I usually go to the bobs on San Mateo near Osuna and that one is always delicious. I will never go to the location on isleta and rio bravo again.

They get my order wrong literally 9/10 times. My Only modifiers are literally just “no onions, add cheese and they get it wrong 9/10 times (I’m keeping count.). The only thing that keeps me coming back is that the burgers are so good! Service, not so much.

This burger joint is nothing more than an expensive Burger King. Food was warm at best and staff same as a low end Burger King; no smiles. There are many more burger joints in ABQ area; give them a try.
A must stop for us when we visit albuq we get green chile/ red chile ( Christmas) nacho cheese fries, chile cheese hot dog, ranchero burger, and of course a cherry shake!

Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for one cheeseburger and fry. I arrived and ordered at 6:25 with two people in front of me. They get called pretty fast and the time starts to tick by. I wait 25 minutes before getting back in line to see about how much longer it would be. I asked the lady and she said “well there’s only one of me not sure what to tell ya. You’ll be called when your order is ready.” (She appeared to be an elderly woman with long gray hair pulled back into a ponytail).
I don’t mind waiting at all but if it’s going to be 30 minutes for ONE cheeseburger it would be really nice if they could let customers ordering know that. I’m not sure if they were slammed with DoorDash/uber eats or what but there were never more than a few people there ordering while I was there waiting.
I get to the car and look at my “Large Fry” and it’s a small at any other fast food establishment. Would not recommend.
