Worst burger I ever had almost like the burger was cooked before and frozen I took one bite

The bratwurst and fries were delicious. The bun was somewhat like a toasted pretzel bun and their sauerkraut and onion topping was the perfect touch! Had a kind & helpful server who suggested & subbed out the spicy filling for the quesadilla with grilled chicken breast-- YUM! And it was a nice surprise to get blue corn tortilla chips alongside. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than one star I would. I got a keg from this location last year. I just took it in to return it with the receipt and get my deposit and the manager refused to return my deposit because it had been past 90 days. I didn’t read the fine print on the receipt and had no idea, I’ve gotten kegs from breweries all over the country and was able to return it whenever I wanted and this is a unique policy. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t care she lost my business moving forward but congratulations you get to keep my deposit Good job!
And then gave this super lame response below. Customer service is non existent at Bosque, especially with that manager. Generally a place would give a partial credit or a free beer or something. The customer is always wrong at Bosque, I’ll give my money to La Cumbre of Boxing Beat moving forward. You guys can thank me and wish me well all you want but you scammed me and kept my money. Enjoy my $100 I’m sure you need it, your keg will live a long happy life at the bottom of a landfill. Thank you for understanding and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Our large family showed up on the night before Thanksgiving and they accommodated all of us graciously. The food and drinks were great, but the service was amazing. Dougie was our server and he was the BEST! He managed our 16 person group with ease. I highly recommend this place!

loved it here! stopped in for lunch, and kandrise was the kindest bartender! i ordered the beef birria sandwich, to which kandrise recommended a side of consome for dipping. she was correct and it did not disappoint! the consome was a perfect addition!!!!

Our waitress alone was very very good. She was already bringing tea before the glass was empty or you had to ask. We came for lunch. Had the lunch special of bbq pork nachos (wow), pretzel bites (yum), and a Birria beef sandwich with the consume on the side (o.M.G)!! Was sad to come in October with no Octoberfest beer, but blonde was good! Would come back again. Did I say BEST WAITRESS ever?!! (Kandrise)

This is the best Bosque location, hands down. We went for a trivia night and it was a blast. The themed drinks were delicious. We got the cheese fries and Caesar salad and they were both very good. Johnny was our server and he was very fast and polite. The manager came to check on us and she was awesome too. 10/10 experience overall.
Great customer service and great food. Will come here again.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The bar staff are all super friendly. The rotating tap beers are always fun to try, and they have some of the best cheese curds in town.

Suzanne was my server and maybe she was having a bad day but she came across as very rude and felt like she was rushing us on a Sunday afternoon with hardly any other customers. Usually like this place but really gone done hill since it’s opened.

Everyone should know that if you have a bad experience and email them as they ask bad reviewers to do, they completely ignore your email. They don't actually care about improving bad experiences, it's all just for show to trick some other poor soul that it's still alright to come in. My complaints were in their inbox for months before I left a public review and they couldn't be bothered by the private feedback. Only want a fake public image.
